Our home is in the best location in Scottsdale to experience all the area has to offer. We are very close to Old Town Scottsdale (10 minute drive), Camelback Mountain, Fashion Square, casinos, restaurants, bars, and more. For sports lovers, MLB Spring Training takes place 15 minutes away from our home, and you will be near some of the greatest golf courses & spas in the world. Whether you are coming to Scottsdale to hike, shop, or explore, there is no better location to do it all.
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too.
For the bike lover, rest easy knowing that Scottsdale is one of only 39 communities nationwide rated Gold level or higher by the League of American Bicyclists for its bicycle friendliness.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The pool is open and heated from mid October through the beginning of May. The pool is open but not heated during the summer months.
–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
