The cottage has a large kitchen-living room with fireplace on the first floor, and other spacious living areas, all with exit to the terraces. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor and, especially romantic, is the large bedroom in the 'tower room'. On the spacious property you have exclusive use of the pool area with sun loungers; also covered terrace with barbecue, pizza oven; ping-pong, bocce. The location is quiet, suitable for relaxing, hiking and biking; from here you can easily explore the many nice Tuscan and Umbrian towns and cities in the area: Monterchi with its famous Madonna del Parto (4 km), the picturesque hill town of Anghiari (10 km). In the Tiber Valley: Sansepolcro and Città di Castello, each with a large market, pinacoteca and rich cultural offer (15 km). You will also like Citerna (5 km) with its original medieval circuit in the city walls and unique view of the valley.
