This luxury oceanfront home has everything you need for a perfect stay in Garden City Beach! Dramatic views of the Atlantic are just the beginning of an unforgettable vacation at this newly remodeled home!

This home was designed for vacationing families in mind, 5 bedrooms each with private full bathrooms!

There are 3 Master Bedrooms all with King beds and incredible ocean views, fully updated bathrooms with walk-in showers and double vanities!

The First level has one Master Bedroom and the Bunk Bed room.The Second level has 2 King Bedrooms and Queen Room

The large saltwater pool sits beachfront and is surrounded by a lush private area for outdoor cooking and entertaining! There are 3 rinse off areas, 2 outside showers, one fully enclosed. There's a covered porch on the first level as well as a shaded picnic area on the pool deck under the walkway.

Chefs will love the brand new fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, prep sink, beverage cooler and a 36" range!

All sheets and bath towels are included in the weekly rate. We provide soft soap in all the bathrooms, dish detergent, trash bags, "starter" toilet tissue & paper towels. We also provide beach chairs, sand toys and charcoal grill! Guest to bring all supplies for their weekly stay as well as beach towels!

The location can't be beat! You're just minutes from all the action the Grand Strand has to offer - from world-famous seafood and world-class golf to beautiful scenery and wet & wild water sports!

Murrells Inlet is a hidden gem with a small town beach-vibe also known as the "Seafood Capital of SC" - Offering boatloads of fun including Marshwalk's spectacular waterfront dining experience! Stroll the boardwalk, enjoy nightly entertainment, dine on the waterfront and enjoy the endless Inlet views! The beach house is just minutes to shopping, restaurants, marinas and the many attractions and entertainment up and down the Grand Strand!

Accommodations for up to 14 guests for vacationing families (Max 8 adults & 6 Kids). Maximum number of Adult Only Groups is restricted to 10. Age restriction is 25 years and older - strictly enforced!

Parking for 6 cars. No large parties, gatherings or events! Check-in is 4:00 pm check-out is 10:00am. No early check-ins during peak season(May - September).

POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $350.00/week. Please note that the pool has a jetted area but it is not a designated hot tub - the water temp is the same throughout.

The roof top deck is closed to guests for safety reasons!

TOWELS THAT ARE INCLUDED: 1 Bath towel & 1 wash cloth/guest, Hand towels in each bathroom and bathmats. Reminder to bring Beach Towels!
