"House of the Rising Son" - This beautifully decorated and privately owned beach house with ocean views from all 3 balconies, is in a perfect location in the heart of Surfside Beach. It is in walking distance of Surfside Pier and several great restaurants. Surfside Beach is a quiet, family beach only minutes away from Myrtle Beach and all attractions and entertainment.

For the 2023 season- New flooring in all the bedrooms and freshly painted throughout.

Featuring 7 bedrooms, 4 on first floor, 1 on second floor and 2 on third floor and 6.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom on each floor. This 5000 sqft spacious home can easily accommodate up to 22 people. Wireless internet access throughout the house.

The first floor has a master suite with a ocean view from its balcony. Featuring a king size bed and large, private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on this floor has full size bunk beds and twin bunk beds and its own private bathroom with full size shower. The additional 2 bedrooms both feature queen size beds and each have there own private bathroom with full size showers. Also on this floor is a kitchenette with granite countertop, sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave.

The second floor has a spacious, open concept living area and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, full size washer/dryer, 1/2 bathroom and another master suite. The master suite has a king size bed and trundle bed with private bathroom featuring tub/shower combination. There are 2 large wall-mounted flat TV screens in the living area and plenty of seating.

On the third floor, there is an additional master bedroom with an ocean view balcony, king size bed and trundle bed. The 2nd bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The elevator is available for use and extends to 2nd floor, but we ask that you do not let children play on it. Instructions are provided for its use as it is different from commercial elevators.

Linens are provided as well as hand soap, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Any additional items needed beyond what is supplied, guests will need to purchase or bring with them.

Flat screen TVs are located throughout house as well.

Outside there is a private salt system pool that is professionally maintained, charcoal grill, and picnic table. The pool can be heated upon request. Home is located on a corner lot with extra parking and is directly across from a Public Beach Access.

The owners/host's live locally and can be easily reached at anytime.
