The best of all getaways! This sweet 1950s bungalow is a perfect getaway spot for a family get together or a friends’ weekend rendezvous. Looking to move to the Great state of TN? This is a great location to set up a base camp while you scout out properties! Close enough to Knoxville that you can enjoy all the things of the city but has the laid back and friendly feeling of a small town.

This three bedroom house is around the corner from Watts Bar Lake. Enjoy relaxing on the deck out back after a day on the river. Play some cornhole in the back yard or foosball or darts in the game room. Throw some coals on the bbq and do some grillin' Check out Swann Pond recreation area just 8 minutes drive from the house or check out Kingston City Park within walking or biking distance. If you want to spend a day in the “big city”, Knoxville is only a half hour drive, and at the end of the day you can retire in the quaint and quiet town of Kingston. There is a killer BBQ restaurant and pub within walking distance, if you don’t feel like cooking (closed Monday’s).

Too many outdoor activities in the surrounding area to list. You are also welcome to bring a couple of jetskis, or a small boat as we do have additional parking to accommodate those as well…or bring your kayaks or canoe. We are happy to recommend additional outdoor excursions during your stay, to make the best of what this beautiful region of East TN has to offer!
