High speed internet with WIFI and smart TV technology. Brand new Washer/Dryer located on lower level. Secluded rural setting with abundant wild life viewing in the sprawling front & back yards. Combination covered and screened porches with views of the lake. Waterfront. Boat launch ramp 0.6 miles from lakehouse with nominal visitor fee$. Plenty of parking for several vehicles.

Beautiful place with large gathering room Accessibility to dock pending water level of lake which of course owner has no control . Our family had a beautiful time Nice quiet neighborhood.

Well stocked. Very clean.Great porches. Nice and comfortable furnishings. We brought our boat and it's a good location for skiing, etc.

Awesome family vacation

The home was beautiful. It was very well stocked with everything. It was very close to the boat ramp. The owners were very friendly and very helpful with everything. Anytime I needed anything, they responded very quickly. We enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay again. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to others.

This is a beautiful house with nice curb appeal. Inside, it reminds me of a modern version of the movie "The Great Outdoors." With really nice tongue and groove pine board walls and distressed kitchen cabinets. Beyond that, getting to the well maintained dock was pretty simple and it gave us easy acces to our boat and the lake.

Beautiful Blizzard Get-Away

This place was a winter wonderland. If you love relaxing in a quiet environment with windows galore, then this is the place for you! It has all the comfort and amenities of home with plenty of space for our small family of four.

Great weekend getaway

Awesome place. Plenty of space for large groups. We had 12 in our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, lots of pots and pans, crock pots, tuber-ware, utensils and cooking utensils. Beds are very comfortable. There were extra blankets and sheets. Plenty of towels/linens. Extra floats and chairs were available for use. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The back deck was our favorite spot. Great stay! Highly recommend.

Fourth of July weekend

Beautiful cabin. Host very accommodating with info . Great location on the lake . When we got there , I feel like the cleaning team did not do final inspection. Dish washer was full . Bags of chips in microwave - not very many towels in primary - however dryer was full with a load . Bath rugs were in utility room on dryer . Used razor etc in primary shower . With all of that - we loved the place

Perfect House

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very clean, well decorated and very cozy. Wish the lighting would have been a bit brighter. The kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated all of the tupperware containers, to store leftovers in. The lake level at rough river was low. There was also a lot of floating debris at certain times, making it hard to boat or tube. I would suggest putting a note in the manual about what day trash day is, along with providing one or two more trash cans. We had to take quite a bit of trash home with us because it wouldn't fit, and we didn't want animals getting into it. We moved the fire pit out from under the deck when we used it, so we didn't catch anything on fire. You might want to suggest that to other visitors. Also, the grill didn't work, which put a wrench in several of our meals. I hope that didn't sound too negative, over all it was a great family lake trip! Many memories were made!

The status of Rough River Dam is definitely a concern for all lake residents and guests, but hopefully it will get resolved soon. Have a fun and safe July 4th!

House was very accommodating in size and necessity.

Loved the house and it's location. The only thing that I was upset about was the trees along the driveway were not trimmed up....so it was nearly impossible to back my boat down the drive without it getting scratched. The neighbor told us the we were only entitled to 1 dock slip.....however. nobody was using 4 out of the 7 slips....so it worked out. Beautiful house, beautiful lake and location.

Lovely lake house on Rough River Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous home. We brought our boat (boat ramp was less than .5 mile from the home), and we were able to tie it to the dock at the house for the duration of our stay. We had a lovely time wakeboarding, skiing and tubing, and came back to the house for lunch and at the end of each day able to relax and play games. We would absolutely stay here again. Owner was quick to respond to our questions and was able to remotely unlock the door when we had trouble with the code. Our only suggestion would be that the house is pretty dark. There were no lamps next to seating to read, but that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

Perfection!

We were highly impressed with our stay of this property! As we have visited RRL for 38 years, there was an opening to stay at the lake for 4th of July weekend, and we couldn't pass this listing up! The home provided plenty of space indoor and outdoor for us to enjoy the home, while also having immediate access to the lake. It was stocked with everything we needed and more! The neighborhood was friendly as they use the back yard for access to water. We were welcomed and told if we needed anything to holler. The hosts were very clear on their expectations and provided all info prior to our stay. This is a beautiful home, and I truly felt the listing pictures did not do it justice! You simply can't beat a beautiful cabin like this, right on the water, with a boat ramp near by. No doubt we will highly recommend yo others and return if needed!

Previously owned a cabin near Taylorsville Lake, but my wife's dream is waterfront (bucket list item - she loves the water). Already making great memories with family and friends.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This lakehouse is unique with it's rustic look and secluded feel, but still offers all the "creature comforts" of modern day living. Love the "wood" smell of this cabin and enjoy looking out the windows and seeing nature and wildlife. Truly a peaceful place to relax and unplug from the hustle and bustle of the world. I am in heaven when I get to use my riding lawn mower (no grass to mow in Arizona).
