Just 30 minutes from Gainesville and an easy drive to St. Augustine, Jacksonville, or High Springs, you’ll have the best of both worlds—quiet lake life and city convenience.

The distinctive design, comfortable furnishings, large wrap around deck, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill and spacious layout will inspire you to relax and renew your spirit, enjoy a meal with family and take in the lake views.

EXTRA TOUCHES:
You'll find unique touches all around, from essential oil diffusers and a selection of oils to coffee bar with Keurig, coffee pods, creamers and a variety of teas. Two spacious bathrooms include all the essentials from shampoo, conditioner, soaps, makeup removing cloths and Q-tips to dental flossers and any other item you may have forgotten to pack. Your comfort is our primary goal. We want to make sure you feel completely at ease in our beloved lakefront property. Be our guest, please stay awhile.

OUTDOOR AREAS: Beautiful lake views from every angle. Screened lanai has rocking chairs for watching beautiful sunsets over Lake Geneva. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai or deck. Listen to birds singing each morning. Watch the water lily's bloom on the lake as the sun lights the day.

BBQ GRILL: As evening approaches, throw some steaks on the BBQ grill for a delicious family meal. Kick back on the wrap around deck and enjoy the outdoors in comfort. Then light a few logs in the fire pit and make s'mores with the family.

OUTDOOR HEATED SHOWER: Use the heated outdoor shower to rinse off when you're finished kayaking, fishing or riding ATVs.

DOCK: Head out to the dock for some fishing or relaxation.

LAKE ACCESS: This property is on beautiful Lake Geneva with stunning lake views. Launch a kayak (2 kayaks provided). Fish from the dock. If you'd like to swim, we are less than 5 minutes from Keystone Beach. You can find a sandy beach and playground at Keystone Beach. We are working on creating a cleared area for swimming, but there is not currently lake entry from our property.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE:
If you or a family member need special accessibility, we've got you covered! This home has been renovated to accommodate disabled guests. Corners and door frames are reinforced with metal framing to prevent wheelchair dings. Wheelchair ramps lead up to the home for easy entry. Hand rails surround both toilets and there are grab bars in the primary bathroom shower. All the doorways and halls are nice and wide.
Due to this special accommodation, you may notice a slight gap in the lower part of the doors.

SMOKING IS STRICLTY PROHIBITED
This is a 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. If you or anyone in your group is a smoker, please find alternative accommodations. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED inside the home OR anywhere on the property. (If there is evidence of smoking by you or any member of your group, INSIDE the home OR ON THE PROPERTY, you may be charged $250 - $1000 in fines to cover the cost of additional cleaning and deodorizing).

KAYAK AND PROPERTY USE LIABILITY
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of the dock, kayaks and ATV trails is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the dock, kayaks and ATV trails. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the dock, kayaks and ATV trails and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of the dock, kayaks and ATV trails may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the dock, kayaks and ATV trails if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the dock, kayaks and ATV trails while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the dock, kayaks and ATV trails. All guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming a reservation for this property constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and Host.
