Welcome to "Off The Strip Getaway" - our 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath house is only 12 miles from the Vegas Strip. Please check out our virtual tour on YouTube by following this link: https://youtu.be/R_qruw3lxuQ .
Plenty of room to bring the whole crew, and enjoy the private backyard (seasonally heated) sparkling saltwater pool & hot tub, a professional built-in BBQ, and our fully furnished back (and front) patios. We have a game room with foosball & air hockey. The kitchen is stocked with high end pots, pans & sharp knives for you to create memorable family meals. Enjoy meals around the 10 person dining table!

This is a two story home. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are upstairs bedroom 1 (see photos) and a full bathroom are downstairs. We have 7 LG Smart TV's throughout the house (2 are 75 inch), the most comfortable memory foam mattresses, and luxurious soft cotton sheets. This is the home away from home that you'll never want to go home from!

Full access to the entire house except for a couple of closets that are locked for the cleaners. There is a storage shed in the back yard that has pool floaties, and noodles for guests to use.

Available via phone or text, but not on the property

Amber Ridge is a quiet residential community with plenty of law enforcement residents. It's super convenient to get to many of the local surrounding areas. There are endless sidewalks and places to walk and hike right out the front door.

Parking is allowed in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street.

This is a large home located in a residential neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to party, scroll on by and look elsewhere. If you're looking for a place to make family memories, and spend quality time with the ones you came with, this is the house for you!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family here! The home is beautiful! Very spacious Nicely decorated. All amenities were first class. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The host are so very nice! Immediately responded to any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here. Perfect for a big group!

The home was perfect for our family celebrating our daughterā€™s graduation! The beautifully appointed home was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space. Brandon & Tracy are wonderful and accommodating making check-in and check-out a breeze. The description doesn't do this stay any justice. The is by far the BEST house I've ever stayed in usong this app. Cleanliness of this house is nothing short of immaculate!!!! This 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house was perfect for my family. It had everything you need and felt like a home away from home. This did not disappoint.

This property looks and is what is presented in the listing. The property owners take pride in making sure your experience is worth what you pay for. Instructions are laid out nicely and everything is easy to work. It is a bit away from the strip but is in a nice safe neighborhood. Will consider this property when we come back to Vegas!

Clean, safe and HUGE!!

This house exceeded our expectations. We were in town visiting family and shared the space with my husbandā€™s brother and his family. There were plenty of rooms for the kids and adults. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure and it was very quiet, even around the holidays. Everything was super clean and well appointed. The hosts were gracious, welcoming and provided lots of information. Kids enjoyed the foosball, air hockey, pool and hot tub and adults played card games and dominoes. Definitely recommend for spacious family gatherings.

Our family stayed at the house while in Vegas to get my sister in law married. It is in a wonderful neighborhood that felt super safe. The house itself was Super clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool was amazing and literally you couldnā€™t ask for anything. The owners literally thought of everything that you could need while on vacation. They left waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter. Even little details, like a first aid kit and batteries if needed the kitchen was more stocked than mine at home. It felt It could be your home, they even had a Christmas tree up, which is amazing!

Best place Iā€™ve ever stayed! The thoughtfulness that went into providing little things that guests would need was so appreciated! We took our 6 kids on a last hooorah before summer ended and they chose Vegas. This Vrbo rental was perfect and really went the extra mile in the little necessities that would be needed. Great place! Will def be our only go to place in Vegas!

Absolute Perfection

We recently stayed at Brandon and Tracy's house in Hernderson and were BLOWN AWAY. There were 9 of us staying, ages 8 to 73. We had the BEST time at this house. There was something for everyone. It was BY FAR the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. My fire prevention specialist husband was impressed with the extinguisher coverage and that everything was well-maintained and up-to-date. (So rare in vacation rentals!) Everything was thoughtfully laid out and every need anticipated. The kitchen had everything we needed (and even things we didn't) and everything was clean and matching. There were plenty of towels and toiletries and pool floats. We had a tiny snafu with the Wifi on the 2nd floor, but Brandon was incredibly responsive and we got it fixed. The decor was gorgeous and the neighborhood was upscale and quiet. Everyone loved the pool. It was nice and clean and just the right size. Be aware that it gets fairly deep in the end by the hot tub (6+feet). The hot tub heats up quickly when you want it to and the jets felt great after long days of walking. The pool area begins to get partial shade in the early afternoon, which made it perfect for a mid-afternoon to evening dip. it was 100 degrees plus the week we were there, but the house stayed nice and cool. 10/10 would stay again!

This property is cleaner and nicer than 99% of short term rentals out there. Just read out reviews about the cleanliness. The property has very high end finishes, comfortable beds and linens, comfortable furniture, and the little things that are above & beyond to make you feel at home.
