Charming cottage. Large fenced-in backyard. Five minutes from downtown Sandusky and a short five-minute ride to Cedar Point. The Jet Express is within walking distance or a short drive to head to the islands. And several amazing restaurants and marinas are within walking distance. A hot tub is available to relax in after a fun day at the islands or Cedar Point. Five Minutes from the sports park. 5-6 person Hot Tub!

Very nice house. My family had fun cooking out, using the hot tub and playing bags when we were not at Cedar Point , or at the beach. Very comfortable and private!

Lovely in Sandusky

We really enjoyed our weekend! The house was well stocked and very clean. Plenty of space and the yard was nice for our younger boys. Easy booking, excellent communication, and property was close to a lot including ferry.

We LOVED our stay!!

The place was very clean, the location was just minutes away from the Jet express that we loved a lot to get to the islands. The neighborhood was very quiet and the fenced in yard was amazing for our dog! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great communication from the booking process until the time we checked out. The house was just as expected with a huge backyard that my dogs just loved. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice! We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak to that. The convenience of this house to so many of the activities we were interested in was just perfect.

Great house for family fun!

We loved the size (4 bedrooms), the hottub, the backyard is huge, & location: less than 10 min from Cedar Point & 15 min from Kalahari! Owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns! Would absolutely stay here again :)

Great location to Cedar Point

We stayed here while visiting Cedar Point, it was very easy to find and only a 6 minute drive to and from the park. Everything is very nice and updated. We enjoyed the fence in backyard.

Perfect Getaway Stay

Tucked on a quieter corner in the urban core of Sandusky, it was a perfect location to access everything to offer in the area. The house was well appointed and everything was clearly explained, including the hot tub, which felt amazing after a full day at Cedar Point. All in all a wonderful place to stay for a group of friends or larger family.

Great little cottage

A nice residential area in Sandusky that is nice and quiet. House is well stocked and quite clean. The yard and outdoor space, including hot tub, is very spacious and plenty of room for kids and fur kids to play.

What we were looking for

We stayed here with our adult children and two dogs. The house was what we were looking for and the fenced backyard was a big plus when dealing with the dogs. This property is good for a family with pets and walking distance to downtown Sandusky.

Family Cedar Point Trip

This location was clean with plenty of room for our family to stretch. We enjoyed the hot tub and games. The close proximity to Cedar Point was fantastic as we made trips back to the house while at the park. Quiet neighborhood close to everything! Owner communicated very quickly when we had questions.

Great location with big yard

Served our purpose perfectly. Great communication with owner and the yard was a nice plus for our Golden. Updated bathrooms were nice for all and the property is only about a 7-minute drive to Cedar Point. All good!

Clean and comfortable

This property is in a great location, quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Sandusky and Cedar Point. It was clean, well-stocked with towels and essentials, and a nice place to rest after a long day sightseeing or at the park. The hot tub was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing in. The large fenced yard was appreciated by our dogs! The check-in and out instructions were clear and helpful. Galen was professional and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was in a good neighborhood and large fenced in yard for pets. The only thing I would suggest is that they put a top sheet on the all the beds. Oven needed cleaned. Overall very nice place and we would stay again.

The best host ever

I was blown away on how accommodating he was! He was very responsive and caring. He went out of his way to fix the hot tub for us and even wished me a happy birthday. Hospitality is hard to find that is genuine. Definitely book this property!

First time home booking

The home owner replied very quickly...like within 10-15 minutes. Sent me the details of property that calmed my nerves of first time home booking.The house has a homey feeling away from home. Enjoyed the hot tub on a chilly night even though the lights did not turn on. Neighbors were really nice & helpful on recommending a place to eat & things to check out in the port/downtown area our first night there. Thank you Cheryl & Norma šŸ˜€šŸ’–

Convenient clean stay

This was a great property with a huge fenced yard if you have little ones or pets to run around. The house was clean & filled with everything that you would need to enjoy your stay. There were some snacks left out for us as well. We did arrive early from Chicago. Traffic is usually horrible, and we had smooth sailing the whole way over, so when we arrived early, they were accommodating and let us drop stuff off in the yard so we could go grocery shopping & not waste any time. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything that you would need to cook. There was a Keurig with some coffee pods available, as well as some tea choices I believe. The hot tub was great. We utilized it after long days out of the house. We also took advantage of the fire pit and the kids loved making Smores. Spotify also has a great "firepit playlist" that's pretty mellow for all ages just incase you needed to know that. The only thing I marked down for a bit was accuracy of listing. The website currently says 4 bathrooms, 2 full and 2 half. There are indeed only 2 full bathrooms, we had a group of 7 ranging from age 7-76, and we were expecting more bathrooms. It proved to be challenging a couple times. Galen, the owner was great, very responsive to emails before our trip, during, and after. We were happy to be a temp tenant of his. Would definitely recommend for the location. Minutes to Cedar Point, an hour to Shawshank tours, and an hour to Cleveland. Stay here and have peace of mind! Katie

Family Cedar Point Vacation

Great stay very close to CP and downtown Sandusky. The fenced in large yard was such a bonus so we could bring our dog. As a family we watched some movies at night after long days at the park so I would recommend a few blankets to snuggle on the couch. Otherwise an enjoyable vacation house. Thank you!

Convenient location

Nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close it was to Cedar Point and other attractions. Happy to see older homes being fixed up as well as entire neighborhoods ! Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.
