Just 9 minutes from the thrills of Cedar Point, this beautiful, family-friendly home is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.



Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway that leads to two cozy guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed—one even includes a smart TV for relaxing nights in. A full bathroom with a soaking tub offers the perfect spot to relax after the park.



Head upstairs to the main living space, where a bright, open-concept layout awaits. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs and overlooks a spacious family room with comfy seating, a cozy fireplace, and large windows that flood the space with natural light.



Tucked just behind the kitchen is the luxurious primary suite, featuring a king-size bed, a TV, its own fireplace, a baby changing table, and a convertible crib/toddler bed—ideal for families with little ones. Step out onto the private balcony to catch a breathtaking sunset. The attached en-suite bathroom includes a freestanding shower and a large soaking tub for a spa-like experience.



Venture up to the third floor for stunning Lake Erie views. Here, you'll find a fun-filled game room with a shuffleboard table, TV, wine cooler, half bath, and plenty of space to hang out. Guest Access:

There is a keyless entry on the front door. Guests are given a unique code within 72 hours of checking in.

Guests will have access to the entire property. There is one garage parking spot and free street parking.

Sandusky, Ohio is located on the shores of Lake Erie, known for being a family-friendly vacation destination. Here's a quick rundown of what Sandusky offers:



Sandusky is home to Cedar Point (just a 9 minute drive), one of the most popular amusement parks in the world, famous for its roller coasters. The city has also been nicknamed "Ohio's Water Park Capital" because of the presence of Cedar Point Shores, Castaway Bay, Great Wolf Lodge, and Kalahari Resorts.

Sandusky sits on the southern shore of Lake Erie, providing opportunities for enjoying beaches, boating, and other water activities

Ferries and cruises depart from Sandusky daily, allowing you to visit the nearby islands in Lake Erie, including Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island.

Sandusky has a rich history, which you can explore at the Erie County Historical Society or the Cooke-Dorn House Historic Site. The city also played a role in the Underground Railroad during the fight to abolish slavery.

A car is necessary while staying at this property. There is no public transportation nearby. Uber and Lyft are available.



Other Things to Note:

To use the radio system throughout the house, download the app, 4stream. You will need to be connected to the house wifi, keep your bluetooth on and location on while using the app.

HOUSE RULES:

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.

LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).

PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.

GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.

EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).

Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.

As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
