Welcome to Barefoot Beach!
We went to look at this lot by boat in 2021, and when we beached our pontoon, our youngest son caught his first fish! Of course, we had to buy the lot!
Then, we built the house where we would create many more memories fishing and exploring our own shoreline. Hence the name, Barefoot Beach. (I do however recommend water shoes because you just never know, we did clean the beach during low pool but you never know.)
While we are not there, we would love to share our awesome lake home with friends and guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed with TV and its own private full bathroom including a soaking tub and walk-in closet.
Upstairs, we have 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom and each bedroom has a queen bed in it along with large windows for the perfect lake view between the trees, and a TV.
Also upstairs, a bedroom with Twin XL bunk beds, and a Twin XL bed for a total of 3 beds in our flamingo green pink theme room.
Then, in the large bonus room (5th bedroom with a door) there are 4 Full beds, a Twin daybed and Twin trundle, with a large TV. This room is perfect for 5 or 6 adults or up to 10 children.
The living room has a TV as well.

All TV's are Smart Tv's perfect for streaming as you please.
There is a large rear deck with seating, dining, and a propane grill.

The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, plates, silverware, and utensils. There is a regular drip coffee maker and French Press. The island seats 3 and the dining area table seats 6 and the exterior dining table seats 8.

Have fun with the whole family at this dreamy lake house conveniently located in Winchester, TN. Close enough to walk to the private boat ramp. Come enjoy all that Tim's Ford Lake has to offer- including the closest marina- Twin Creeks marina, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Tim's Ford State Park, Sewanee, golf courses, and more!

Closest boat ramp- at the entrance of our street on Luttrell. Walking distance. 2 min walk.

You can keep a boat at the docks.

Built by Legacy Lake Homes, this custom designer home is a wonderful getaway! Enjoy your own private lake access and fishing hole.

Starter supply of household supplies (toilet paper, paper towel roll, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags) included with mini shampoos, conditioners, and bar soaps.

Please bring your own fire wood for the fire pit and lake towels for your stay. We ask that you do not use the white bathroom towels at the lake and to follow lake rules- no glass bottles at the lake (Barefoot Beach, remember?) Also don’t forget the coffee grounds for the coffee maker!
