This fantastic villa is surrounded by olive groves and gardens and is ideal for an unforgettable relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany: the Val di Chiana. Here you are close to renowned cities of art and history such as Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Montepulciano and the Chianti area. The villa maintains its original architectural style, such as the terracotta tiled floor, stone-framed doors and windows, and wood-beam and brick ceilings. Antique furniture in the interior, enriched with vintage objects and attention to detail, contribute to the exclusive atmosphere.
There are two swimming pools. The indoor pool is heated and has a hydromassage corner (fees, € 400/ week). There is a sauna in the same room (fees). The outdoor pool (12 x 6 m and 1.20 - 2.00 m deep) is located in a fenced area of the gardens. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape or relax in the shade of the pavilion.

ACCOMMODATION
800 m² villa on two floors, which can accommodate up to 18 people. All bedrooms are furnished in their own style. All have air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, minibar and internet.
Ground floor:
Entrance, lounge with fireplace and bar; Dining room, modern professional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, oven, kettle, fridge with ice maker, toaster); Glass veranda with sliding doors and wonderful view while eating; Laundry with washer and dryer; a bathroom with toilet and sink; a double room with private bathroom and shower.
The indoor pool (3x5 m), depth of 1.10 m, has also a hydromassage and a bath with shower.
Ground floor:
2 suites, each consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a fireplace and a private bathroom with a whirlpool bath;
1 double bedroom with living room, fireplace and bathroom with shower;
4 double rooms with private bathroom with shower.
Second floor:
1 double bedroom in the attic with private bathroom with shower. In both the bedroom and the bathroom, the ceiling drops to a minimum of 180 cm.
Equipment: Wi-Fi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, stereo, hairdryer in all bathrooms, safe.
