Best water in the Asheville area!!!Mountain sunrise views from 5th wheel camper on permanent foundation; 20 min from downtown Asheville; 15 min from Weaverville; new flooring, heat pump, fully stocked kitchen, playground with climbing wall, trampoline, pullup bars, balance beam, etc.; main bedroom has king bed; 2nd bedroom has full bed and twin top bunk; pond with waterfall on property; quiet and peaceful; ample parking. Fire pit and outdoor eating available.
Feel free to roam the 13-acre property and enjoy the tranquil rural setting surrounded by fields where cattle and horses graze and deer and wild turkey abound. This camper lives like an apartment with beautiful mountain views and quick easy access to major highways. Board games and DVDs. Families say it's their best vacation EVER!!

Really loved the beautiful area. Went to Grandfather Mountain, Alpine Glider down the mountain and Linville Caverns. All were great.

Beautiful Mountain Views

We only stayed for a quick overnight on our way home from a beach trip, but loved staying in the RV, and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool. Phil and Nancy were very helpful and responsive hosts. We hope to stay again when we are able to spend more time!

Was an amazing and spacious camper!! The property was amazing for a small family! Pool was great and the playgrounds were awesome. We came down for a travel lacrosse tournament and will be booking it again for our winter league revisit. The property owners were great and really made us feel at home!! They were so accommodating for us and responded instantly to questions or needs we had...truly a wonderful place..worth every cent paid!!

Fabulous treat to stay in the 5th wheel with English friends who are seasoned camper vanners. Naci and Phi) could not have been more gracious hosts. Beuatiful views.

Nancy and Phil are great hosts and their 5th wheel RV, now on a permanent foundation, is a fun "B&B" to sleep in. Everything you need is there - if it wasn't they would provide it anyway. Beautiful, quiet, back-woods, walkable, interesting - and very family oriented - particularly if you have two kids. Ours are older, so we didn't have them with us, but I wish we could go back a few years and take them there - they would love it!

Good value. Great scenery!

Nancy and Phil are excellent hosts! The scenery is similar to my grandparents property when we were kids. Great waking up and going to bed with mountain air and sounds, but without having to go into the wilderness. It’s a large RV trailer and it’s older but has had some refurbishing. It was a good value at the price. May try one of the cottages they have and experience their beautiful property and mountain farm atmosphere again.

Beautiful location

This property was just as described. It was clean and quiet. Nancy met us to welcome us and give us some information. We had some.trouble with the door (lock needed new batteries)that Phil fixed immediately. The property was spacious and relaxing.

Great stay

This was a birthday trip for my husband, we will be moving into a 5th wheel in the near future and thought this would be a perfect opportunity to test it out. The camper was just as described and actually is nicer than the pictures. The host are outstanding and leave you free to roam around the 13 acre property that is complete with a pool, kids play area, and a fire pit. Tables and chairs throughout the outdoor areas. Very quiet and safe! The camper brand is Cardinal which is so fitting since a red Cardinal comes up to visit daily. About a 15 min drive into the heart of Asheville Thanks for a great weekend getaway.

Amazing view

We stayed for one night while in town for a wedding. The property is out in the country it was so quiet and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even though the 5th wheel is located next to the host home we had complete privacy after the host gave us the tour and quick orientation to the space. The AC unit worked great. The pool was refreshing. The host was great to work with and communication was excellent. The host made us feel very welcome and right at home.

Family Getaway

We had an amazing time experiencing a weekend stay in a 5th wheel. The owners were gracious enough to allow our kids to explore the property to include a playground area and pool. The views were beautiful and the quiet surround was much needed from our daily hectic life. The close proximity to Asheville and surrounding towns provided for additional adventures.

Great location close to Weaverville and Asheville but feels like you're far away

This property was a unique find that we thoroughly enjoyed, with ample space for a little one to run around outside. We had the pleasure meeting the owners who are very friendly and attentive. The inside was extremely clean with felt very comfortable and well stocked.

Sunrise Mountain View 100%

The hosts are more than welcoming. They showed us how to work the fifth wheel and we were welcome to use the playground and picnic areas on their property. We caught the sunrise on our second day which was amazing. It was only 20 minutes away from downtown Asheville. We will come back next fall.

Gorgeous views, cozy vibes, friendly hosts

We had a lovely stay here. It was just what we needed for a place to spend a couple of nights while attending a wedding down the road. There was a small issue with the lock on the camper that the hosts immediately remedied. Would recommend!

Lovely views

We had a great time and would definitely recommend your place to someone else. My only thought about improvement would be about the outside lights. I could have used some light near the steps coming in in the dark and it would have been nice to have had some sort of outside light to place the chairs near for enjoying the lovely evenings. But overall it was great.

The Neal’s getaway

Overall fantastic experience! We loved the property! The location is far enough away from the city to feel secluded, but close enough to Asheville, to get there easily and quickly. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.
