Adorable Tiny Guesthouse Super Cozy & Clean


This unique tiny house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home.
This sweet space is suitable for up to 1-2 guests.
Nicely decorated with quality finishings throughout queen-size bed in the loft, a full-size bed on the main floor, and a private full bathroom.
Air Fryer/Toaster Oven, Microwave, Small Refrigerator/Freezer, Kurig coffee maker.
We have raw sugar packets, and Coffee Mate. We have herbal tea bags & honey packets .
Kitchen items include:
mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses.
Silverware, plates , bowls.
Paper towels, napkins.
Dish towels , sponges, dish cleaning cloth.
Dish soap, hand soap.
Bathroom items include:
Toilet paper, hand soap, first aid kit, peroxide, rubbing alcohol…
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes,
Special dark wash clothes for makeup removal.
In case you forgot to pack…
Cotton balls, Q-tips, extra tooth brush.
There are attached outdoor spaces
to enjoy as well…
Loveseat Swing , Gas grill and comfortable patio lounge area.
You will absolutely love this special property. It is ideally located close to everything Asheville has to offer…

Our was wonderful. She greeted us as we arrived and congratulated us on our anniversary (the reason for our trip)! The Tiny Home was so cozy and truly felt like a home away from home! Perfect distance from all the activities we had planned. We highly recommend this place and will be back!

What a gem! This sweet little guest house was even more lovely in person, and spotlessly clean! The attention to detail and well appointed touches gives the comforts of a home all within a cozy tiny house. Scott and Marilou were excellent in communications and upon my arrival (during a sudden cold snap) they had turned on the electric fireplace and the space was super warm and cozy! By the end of my visit I was able to also enjoy a bit of time on the comfortable outdoor sitting area! I highly recommend a stay at Scot and Marilou's guesthouse when in Asheville! Great location too, easy access to both downtown and all the various hiking and outdoor activities.

Came here for a day trip to Builtmore Estate. Would stay again. All the little things made this place amazing and welcoming. Would recommend for sure!

What an incredibly comfortable and quiet getaway! Check in was easy, communication with hosts was great and the “”Tiny Home” was setup for everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were surprised at all the small touches added to make our stay so comfortable. The outdoor porch was our favorite part of the stay. We highly recommend this Vrbo - Thank you Scott and Marilou!C&K

Loved this tiny house!

Very cute quiet place. Had everything I needed and check in was easy. Owners were extremely sweet and communication was great! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Great place

This tiny house was perfect for our stay in Asheville. It's about 15-20 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. The host gave us great restaurant recommendations, and the entire place was clean, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend this property.

Tiny house in Asheville.

Scott and Marylou have a really cute tiny house on their property with a back woods kind of feeling (even a bamboo grove). It’s fun to see how they form such a cozy place out of the space. The porch is spacious with a roof. We hiked at the Arboretum and explored the town.

Awesome tiny home!!

We booked this tiny home for a quick trip while volunteering with Samaritans Purse! SO glad we did! It was so cozy and beautiful! Decorated so cute and stocked with everything which is great, if you forget something at home! The beds were super comfortable, even the one in the loft! The hosts quickly responded to all of the questions I had. Already looking forward to visiting again! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful setting, perfect base for visiting our daughter. Great job of using small space efficiently. Porch sitting area is wonderful for evening relaxing. Only issue we had was space to turn our truck around😏. Overall would recommend. Thank you

Cutest house and lovely stay

Our hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed along the way. We didn't expect to check in so late, but Marilou greeted us from her porch when we came in and made sure we had everything we needed and were able to unlock the house with ease. The house was set up so nice when we walked in. It was a very warm welcome from the cold outside.

Peaceful getaway

Scott and Marilou were great hosts. They were very prompt in answering any questions that we had. And even came to make sure that we didn't need more towels. The location is perfect in that it is just far enough away from everything to be a very peaceful space. But close enough that it didn't feel like a chore to go any place. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in the Asheville area. It was the perfect size for 2 people with the loft upstairs and the bed downstairs.

Fathers day weekend

I took my son for a fathers day weekend trip to biltmore estate and we stayed at this awesome cabin and the overall time spent the whole weekend was amazing we had a great time and as a father is was an amazing time with my son and a great opportunity to make memories and for that i am greatful. The small gesture of the host leaving some fathers day papers for my son to fill out for fathers day as a gift to me was an over and beyond touch i am immeasurably thankful for and will always be one of the best memories of our trip

Enchanting Tiny House

This little home was magical! Decorated with fairy mushrooms and trolls - it was so delightful! The hosts were wonderful with communication and providing information. We arrived later in the evening and they had set the electric fireplace on and some lovely jazz music - it was such a sweet surprise when we walked in after a long day! Everything was clean and cozy and just perfect! This little house was built very well and in such detail, they thought of everything! We enjoyed the private porch even though it was raining. The property was nice, we felt very comfortable. We didn't want to leave! This little house is truly special, and we hope to visit again soon!

This was a wonderful stay. Everything was immaculate and the decor is super-cute. It felt welcoming on arrival. The deck/porch was delightful, I could have lived out there! The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need, including an extra blanket for cool evenings. All the fittings - granite countertop, dishes, sheets, towels are very high quality. It is a tiny house - so 4 guests could be a stretch, but I would happily stay there again!
