The entry foyer welcomes guests with a sitting area and a high desk for ease of catching up on your social media while away and also has an additional desk in the living room. The fully applianced chef's kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your own gourmet meals for dining in and the king's table in the dining room easily seats 10 with an additional breakfast nook located off the kitchen. The spacious living room with a sectional sofa, lots of seating, and games table off to the side easily and comfortably accommodates everyone in your group and opens onto a huge covered wrap-around deck with lots of outdoor furniture and a grill that looks out onto sweeping lawns, perfect for lawn games or to just relax while gazing on gorgeous landscaping!  With 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 more bedrooms and a den on the 3rd floor, you are sure to find lots of quiet space and a cozy nook for reading a good novel! Lochloosa offers a Maximum of 12 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
