My efficiency is part of our home but is private and has a separate entrance. In the main bedroom, we offer one full-sized bed. The second room serves as a small living room and offers a full-sized sofa bed. The efficiency also has several amenities including WiFi and cable TV. The listing is located in southwest Miami in a region called Kendall, about 25 minutes from Miami International Airport. We are close to Florida's Turnpike for rapid transit to get to several great destinations.
The space
The efficiency is part of our home in the suburbs of southwest Miami in a region called Kendall. It is just 25 minutes away from Miami International Airport. We live in a nice neighborhood and offer a relaxed environment away from the hectic setting of city life. At our apartment, guests have access to experience the best Miami has to offer while assuring the commodity of a tranquil place to stay. Parking for guest's with a vehicle is also offered at no charge.
Guest access
Guests have access to parking. Parents with small children are welcome to use the playground equipment in the backyard.
Other things to note
There is also a Daycare on the property that run's during weekday's. The Daycare is located on the opposite end of the home. The kids from the daycare go out to play in the backyard but mostly stay indoors and should not be a distraction.
