This beautiful Orange County house is located in the city of Lake Forest. This home consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen, an open dining room and a generous living room that is perfect for large families. This house is fully furnished and has a beautiful pool allowing guests to enjoy the great Southern California weather, including a bbq and an outdoor patio set.

This home is about 20-30 minutes away from the Laguna Beach, Disneyland, John Wayne Airport, and Irvine Spectrum.

Wonderful kitchen with complimentary spices to make great meals. Very clean house with a washer and dryer. The owners are really wonderful and made the experience fantastic.

Great place with a great host!

The house was very clean and well stocked woth supplies. The host was attentive and helpful. Our stay was great, the kids loved the pool, there is plenty of room, and the location is close to anything you could possibly need. My family and I would definitely book this property in the future.

Family Vacation

Great home for our family. There were 7 of us and we did not ever feel crowded. Great place would highly recommend.

Amazing stay with family

I never write reviews but my family and myself were very pleased with our stay. The host was wonderful very attentive and helpful. Honestly it was the best host we have ever had. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to many restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay

This is a great house. It could use more seating in the pool area. Another bathroom would be icing on the cake.

Hi deb Thank you for choosing our place to stay and it was a pleasure to meet you and your family in person too:) We have 12 chairs in the backyard and I wish you would have asked we had extra chairs that you could have used. We just don’t put more that 12 chairs out on back yard since it will make it too cluttered and most of our visitors groups are less that 10 people.

Perfect stay for our family

Great Value in Orange County

My family and I enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday and would definitely stay here again! The host was responsive to all our needs and the welcome treats were a bonus. The pool was not heated but several guests still took a plunge as it was warm that week.

Amazing!

My family came out for my Son’s wedding. The house was perfect! Spacious, plenty of room for all of us. Check in and communication with owners easy and friendly. House is centrally located with plenty of activities nearby.

Comfortable and convienent

Had a reunion with some best friends and the house made it all the more better. The back yard and living room were my favorite areas to hang out at the end of the day. 5/5 would recommend!

Family Reunion

This house was excellent! We used it as our home base of our trip while going out to visit family. Our 3 year old loved playing around in the spacious Living Room and the bedrooms allowed us all to have our own space. The weather was a little on the cool side and so we weren't able to spend as much time in the pool as we wanted but it was great when we did!

Stay for wedding

This VRBO was stocked with everything you need. The house was laid out well for a family group. The owner always responded quickly. The only complaint I have is that the sheets would not stay in place…the bottom sheet continually came off and bunched under you.

The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and even bath needs as well as a pack-n-play and high chair. The pool looked in great condition but the air temps made it too cold to swim

Amazing communication

We were late due to several flight delays, upon arrival there was a gift basket of goodies awaiting our arrival. The property manager was quick to respond to our contacts. There was an issue with a squeaky outdoor exhaust fan and the property manager quickly sent someone to have it fixed. The home is in a good location with several nice restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient location

We own multiple vacation rental properties in Tennessee, so our expectations around guest experience are relatively high. The house was as advertised in the VRBO listing. In fact, because it is a lovely property, I think the listing would show better with higher-resolution pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean and not over-chlorinated. We asked if we could check in a couple of hours early so we did not have to wait around after our flight arrived. The owner was happy to accommodate our request. The owner was responsive before, during, and after our stay. We did not have any issues, but I'm confident they would have been addressed promptly if we had. The house also had some nice snacks, coffee, and coffee filters. We would stay here again.

Relaxing Family Retreat

This lovely spacious home was found clean, as advertised and complete with everything a family needs for an 11 day visit. Kids loved the pool, 7 feet in the deep end so kids could plunge. It is not heated but in August this was not an issue at all. Lovely and mostly private pool area was well used by adults and pool cleaners came twice during our stay to keep it nice and clean. Built in BBQ was used often, as was the attached bar. Managers were very responsive and accommodating, even helping us with late check-out on our travel home day. House kept us comfortable despite extremes of a 100 degree heat and a tropical storm! The main area is spacious so family can spend time together as well as guests during visits; 4 of the 5 bedrooms are off to the perimeter for quiet rest time. Master bedroom is huge and opens onto pool area. House is really close to all amenities and minutes onto the I-5 which then gives you access to all orange county has to offer. We had no issues during our 11 day stay that required us to reach out to the managers but they were in touch with us regularly so I have no doubt their response would have been prompt if needed. Would definitely recommend and our family would stay again next time we visit the area.

Lake Forest Home

Overall, the home was sufficient for our needs. The host was responsive to our questions. The pool looked clean but we were not able to use the pool due to the winter weather. There is room for 3 cars to park off the street - this is important as the neighborhood requires permits to park on the street. Overall, the house met our needs.There are a few things that could use updating for a more comfortable stay:1. The front door does not latch and we were there during windy/rainy days and it would just blow open. The deadbolt must always be engaged to prevent this. 2. The can openers in the kitchen do not work well at all and a new one should be purchased.3. There is no ice maker in the refrigerator or ice trays for making ice so ice needs to be purchased. 4. The kitchen drawers should be cleaned out.5. One of the pool machines /water line to the pool was leaking so the back patio always had a big puddle between the back door and the outdoor table which made it hard to use. 6. Some windows do not have screens so we couldn't open the windows.7. The fireplace doesn't work (or there was no obvious way to turn it on and use it).

Overall good stay, nice pool, some recommendations

Overall we had a good stay, the pool was great and the location was ideal for us. However, the interior of the house (primarily floors and kitchen) was not cleaned well. The maintenance and up keep of the house was not what you would expect for the amount of $$ spent on the stay. Our socks and feet were black within hours of walking around the house. There was a good amount of dust/film on all kitchen surfaces, and we had to wash most dishes before we could use them. There was a light on the back of the house that was not even secured to the wall and was hanging with electrical wires exposed and other minor things. Not saying any of this really detracted from our stay (other than not being able to sleep the first night because of the fridge beeping due to the bad electrical breaker), but things the owner could improve upon to give guests a better experience. The initial response to the bad breaker was a bit delayed (a cpl hours I think) but the resolution and fix was prompt and resolved only a few hours later, so that was appreciated. Overall, we would consider staying there again because of the location and the pool, but would inquire about a few things mentioned above before booking the stay.

Great House and Area

This was a beautiful home in a great location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and close to shopping and Irvine Spectrum where there are wonderful restaurants. Also close to laguna beach to take in some great sunsets! The owner was very responsive. The only feedback is that it does not have cable TV but it’s the only small thing but everything else was superb and we will definitely be back and stay here!

Amazing Property! Wonderful Hosts!

The house is beautiful with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, updated amenities, gorgeous decor, as well as an amazing pool! Kitchen, dining/living room floor plan is open and perfect for families (and kid friendly). Awesome location. Close to Irvine spectrum, the freeway, and beaches. Communication with the host was great - went above and beyond. We had a wonderful stay and great experience overall. Can't wait to come back to SoCal and stay at this property once again!
