Oceanview Penthouse, sleeps up to 16 guests!

The Lele Penthouse is a spacious four bedroom two level condominium suite with an open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings and large windows throughout allowing an abundance of natural light in. Two additional loft areas equipped with two queen beds in one space and a king bed in the other provide comfortable accommodations as well. Each bedroom has two beach towels and each bathroom has two bath towels, two hand towels and two face towels. One initial set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are provided in each bathroom. Large travel groups can gather in the living room, family room and grand dining room. Dine outside on the lanai with a gas grill or enjoy sunset cocktails from the third level ocean view lanai.

This large Penthouse can accommodate up to 16 guests, with 3 king beds and 5 queen beds.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, pantry, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, baking trays, drip coffee maker, toaster, instant hot water boiler, rice cooker, blender, olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy the conveniences of laundry in the suite with a stackable washer and dryer. Each bedroom, and the living room, has its own air conditioning unit for complete temperature control.

This villa is a private tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling and surfing. The perfect location for any family, friends or retreat group. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, playgrounds, tennis courts and skate-parks. All are within walking distance from our beautiful property. Lele Penthouse guests have access to the Wailea Inn communal yoga studio, shared heated pool, BBQ area with gas grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach cooler!

This Maui home was perfect for our group of 13. The property manager was quick to respond prior to our arrival and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Everything was better than described, and the location was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this property to other large groups. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect Maui getaway. Went for my Bach party with 10 of my best friends. Fabulous neighboorbood. Great safe location. Close to all the beaches and luxury restaurants.

Lele Penthouse

This penthouse was perfect for our family of 14. Plenty of seating and beds for everyone. The pool is not huge but we mostly had it to ourselves so no one even complained about the size. It’s nice that you can leave bags down in the yoga studio until you’re ready to go to the airport. It’s also right by a few beach areas, perfect for watching the sunset and building sand castles. Right in the middle of town also, so it’s close to everything you need. Thank you! Shahaf, the property manager, texts back almost immediately and helped with the few things we needed. Well stocked place!

Beautiful spot for large family

The Penthouse property was fabulous and perfect for our large group. The loft area has 4 additional beds that allowed everyone to have a comfortable spot. Views of the surfers and sunsets for the deck were awesome for both breakfast and evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location close to beach, restaurants, shops. Exactly as described.

We had a fantastic time. Group of 4 adults and 6 teenagers. The space is very flexible and allows to separate teens and adults and keep privacy when necessary Good facilities, several decks with view of the ocean, sunsets and sunrises. Highly recommended.

Fantastic condo!

We loved everything about this property: plenty of space (more than anticipated), comfortable beds, bathrooms for every room, plus extras, well equipped kitchen, nice porches/balconies with fantastic views, modern furniture! Excellent communication too. It was better than expected and we will definitely be back!

Great location

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and the location was wonderful. It would be nice to clarify that the house is very open and not soundproof. The upstairs "rooms" also have no doors and are completely open. The downstairs doors are louvered so you really can hear everything. Besides this, the house was nice and clean. The property managers are very nice and helpful.

Sleeps 12 Comfortably!

Location was so convenient to everything — church, restaurants, airport, several beautiful beaches. Our three balconies overlooked the ocean and we could see and hear waves as we sat on the deck. Only problem was dryer did not work properly which was a real inconvenience.

Great Location

Overall this is a great house in a great location. The parking is hard when all the spots are filled up, but it was doable. Only one car can park inside but there was close street parking. Pool pictures aren’t updated as the covered area has been removed. Pool hours are 9am to 7 pm which was hard because lots of time we would just get home at 7 from exploring. It was a great place to create memories.

Lele Penthouse

We had a lovely time at the Lele Penthouse. A few inconveniences we encountered warrant your attention: -Poolside palisade's Bathroom window does not open... -Gas Grill igniter broken (manager tried unsuccessfully and gave us a lighter the next day) -Edison lights on patio missing 4-5 light bulbs... -Handle on the refrigerator popped off the first eve... - Air conditioning system not consistent- perhaps directions would be helpful - Stained carpet by dining room slider I wanted you to be aware of these things in preparation for your future guests. Anniversary/Family Reunion

The Lele Penthouse accommodated our extended family of 16 very comfortably. The loft areas were ideal for the teenage girls. We loved the view of the sunset from the deck. 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths was a plus. The beach is walking distance from the rental and was great place to hang out with the younger kids. The pool was also an added bonus; the kids spent many hours in it. The unit had plenty of towels and beach towels for all. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, flatware; plus almost every appliance you would need. The property management was great. I had a lot of questions before we came and Alyssa answered them all. While we were here, we had an issue with a shower head, but it was replaced within an hour. The whole unit is open and spacious. A few things we noticed were that all the bedroom doors are slatted so not real soundproof. Also, the shower in the master suite has clear glass windows, so not very private if someone is sitting out on the lanai. Our overall experience was great and would recommend it.

Great for large family stay

Location: The area is well secure with a driveway gate and front door gate. They both auto-close after a certain amount of time. We had two cars, where one parked inside and the other was always in front of the house. This property seems to be surrounded by other vacation-style buildings. Beach was about a 3-minute walk. As you walked out of the property beach fun was to the right while fishing was to the left. The property provided beach chairs and umbrellas. The property: The Penthouse unit is upstairs. Downstairs you have to other units. The whole time we stay we barely saw our fellow vacation neighbors. The basement is where the yoga room is located and you access that by walking to the right side of the property and walking downstairs. The unit has many beds and bathrooms. No one had to wait for someone else to use the bathroom. The unit has everything we needed to cook for our whole stay. The washer and dryer are located in the master bedroom near the entrance. During our stay the dryer was not working right, Property Manager replied quickly to us and advised us to use the time dry-only setting to bypass sensors, but that did not work as our clothes were still damp. He mentioned that he was going to purchase a new one. We just ended up hanging the clothes around the unit. No big deal to us as long as the washer worked. Communication: Email before the stay and text messages are the way to go. No problem with responding to questions or when we contacted the property manager about the dryer. Summary: I would stay again if we came with a family of 10-12.

Best location and perfect layout

We had a very large group of 12. I was concerned that everyone wouldn’t have privacy but that was not the case the layout of the penthouse was perfect. I loved waking up every morning and watching the surfers while I set my coffee and my morning cocktail! The units were occupied downstairs by a sweet little family and we all had fun sharing the pool together. The secret beach a crossed the street was the best boogie boarding I have had in 20 years. Still sore. But honestly the best location the host were perfect. If you have a large group or a big family book this unit!
