A visit to the Serenity House grants you the privilege of soaking in your very own private plunge pool, followed by a refreshing shower in the privacy-walled outdoor garden grotto. This extraordinary villa has a fabulous partial ocean view and is surrounded by lush lawns and gardens. The amenities and decor of The Serenity House Pool Villa are superior to those of other generic rental pool homes. This privately owned, uniquely decorated and professionally managed garden level walk-in corner villa is most pleasing. Facing towards the setting sun, filtered sun light sparkles through the creme colored great room, illuminating the richly colored hand-carved furniture. Floor to ceiling solid glass and screen doors fully retract into hidden pockets, creating a complete open-air living experience. For cooling comfort, switch on the central air conditioning.

Our favorite features are the exquisite mural painting in the entry, lofty ceilings, mahogany wood trim, honed marble floors, spacious floor plan, custom granite counters, bright but cozy furnishings, new top-quality beds, soft cotton bed linens, plentiful electronics, and a fully equipped office nook with stylish new desk.

The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped with a generous array of better quality cooking and dining supplies. - The owner added wallpaper to several bedrooms after our photos and video were taken in December 2024. The addition of wallpaper does not negate or alter any new or existing rental agreement as decor may change in any residence without advance notice to us.
- Please note, occupancy in excess of six guests requires using rental bedding at extra rental cost. There are only four beds provided in the villa, 2 Cal King beds and 2 Full beds.
- Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and fireworks celebrations.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas within the resort is required.
- The plunge pool at D102 is not heated. It is a cold splash plunge pool only. On-site maintenance for the cold splash plunge pool is performed weekly.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
