LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Central to everything! Make some memories at this stunning vacation home on Lakeshore Drive! Less than 1.5 blocks from Stearns Park/ Beach and only a few blocks away from all of downtown Ludington shopping and restaurants! This family friendly home offers fun for everyone! Enjoy the outdoor patio area with games, fire pit, grill and umbrella tables! This home is walking distance to the beach where you can swim, walk out to the lighthouse and watch gorgeous sunsets! 3 Bedrooms! Main Floor Bedroom has a King Size Bed, 1st Upstairs Bedroom has Queen size bed and set of twin bunk beds & 2nd Upstairs Bedroom has a Twin Bed. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room & a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Den. You can access the entire home. I will be available by phone or text throughout your stay. Our home is less than 2 blocks from the beach and only a few blocks away from shopping and restaurants! It’s also only a mile away from our beautiful State Park that is rated # 2 in the entire country!

Nice accommodations and location

Enjoyed the visit. Nice spacious outdoor patio with fire and fire pit. A bit of a walk to the downtown area, but easy access to the beach.

Perfect house for the Ludington experience!

The house was roomy and comfortable, perfect four our group of 7 (including two young kiddos). The location was perfect for us, close to the state park, public beach and downtown area. We would stay there again in an instant!

Great family place

This is a great family place to stay. Lots of open space, game room with games, Ms. Pac Man and two other video games. Kitchen well stocked with essentials, grill outside with new patio furniture seating 8-10 people. outdoor games as well. Every bedroom had a TV, plus a living room TV. A/C was lacking.

Great spot and Great hosts!

We stayed here for a long weekend during the Gus Macker. It is a perfect location and a perfect home. I loved the little at home touches that the hosts had in the home for when we arrived. Super clean and comfortable. They communicated very well and were super accommodating. I will totally book this home for the next time I come to Ludington!

Wonderful

Long weekend for girls weekend. Wonderful time great place super clean, beds comfortable. Lots of room. Close to the beach although it was raining a lot of the time we had fun shopping and eating out. We couldn’t ask for a better weekend.. Will definitely try to return.

Perfect house!

The house was perfect for our group of 6. Everything is super clean and updated inside. Felt like home! Nice outdoor space in the back yard. It was very welcoming and friendly. The optional golf cart was super convenient for getting around town. Conveniently located near the beautiful Stearns Park. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again.

Great Getaway!

Fantastic location and plenty of space make this house a true gem! Sarah has seemingly thought through everything a renter would need for a great week! Kitchen was well stocked with every pan and utensil you need to for cooking. Coffee station and yummy snack basket were unexpected treats! Thank you! Plenty of patio seating and extra chairs. Air conditioners in the bedrooms made for great sleeping. There was a little mixup with where the map showed the property to be when we booked and the actual address as well as check in/out times, but Sarah cheerfully indicated she would update that information for future renters. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Exploring Ludington

Ludington MI was a bucket list destination for us. This house was a very well centrally located home base for us. A walkable distance to the beach and downtown (or about a 3 minute drive) a 10 minute ish drive to Stix which is a must visit. Plan on at least half a day there. Especially to spend time there in the evening. Has a restaurant, bowling alley and a beer garden like you have never experienced. Wow. So much to see and do in Ludington including going up in the light house, miniature golf, beautiful beach, shops galore, breweries and restaurants. Can’t forget House of Flavors for homemade fresh ice cream. House was freshly renovated and fully furnished. 2 story for privacy. Would absolutely recommend.

Extended family getaway

Clean house with comfortable space for two families with three little kids each to share the space. Room for kids to hang out and adults to chat. Kitchen well stocked with great dishes for the kids to! Plenty of cooking and grilling space. Rooms where large and clean with comfortable ace units in every room and soft bedding. Really nice job on that. Walk to town was a few blocks and easy to get to grocery store or restaurants. We walked into town daily. The walk to the beach was two blocks just down the street and was great! Beach was perfect, soft sand and not over crowded. We had a great time and the kids loved walking to watch the big boat leave every morning and play on the play ground. Very clam easy and relaxing trip. Thank you for sharing the house it worked out so well.

Summer getaway

Very cute, clean, (and updated!) property just a few min walk from Stearn’s beach and a 5 min drive to Ludington state park. The s’mores kit was a very nice added touch. Owners were very responsive to questions! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
