Villa Sirena is the ultimate destination Villa for a fun filled Cabo adventure. Located in the beautiful Palmilla resort community, it is next to the One and Only Hotel and Spa. You can relax in this 5 bedroom Villa which overlooks the Ocean, or you can walk down to the beach for a sunset view or a sea turtle release. This amazing house is the perfect place for you to truly discover Los Cabos at its finest.

This luxurious vacation rental is located within the exclusive subdivision of the legendary Palmilla resort of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Infused with the vibrance of Mexico but keeping with an old world hacienda style, this 5 bedroom villa is features Saltillo tile, handcrafted wood furnishings, local artwork, 9 foot floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the pool and hot tub area. An elegant twin staircase leads up to the Villa's second level of luxury living with 3 bedrooms including and upper second master suite. The Villa contains state of the art appliances including a professional chefs gas stove with lighted vent hood, microwave drawer, side by side refrigerator, wine frig and ice machine. The telecommunications are also state of the art including surround sound Sonos music system and 200 mps fiber internet and cable television in every room. The Villa has 3 swimming areas which include the house pool, the heated hot tub and the beach pool which is below the house and features air conditioned bathrooms and beach access. Staff and Amenities
-Gourmet chef: Our chefs will prepare all meals requested as well as any snacks or drinks needed throughout your stay. Food and Beverages are Not Included, we will work with you and the Chef to draft up a grocery list for your stay and will stock the Villa before your arrival and as needed. We will send you the receipts and invoice as needed.
-Private Butler Full-Time: All our butlers are capable bartenders and specifically our LuxMex Margarita recipe is to die for! They can also set beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and help the chef as needed
-Daily Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included in all our Villas every day. Housekeepers are vetted staff members who will come at noon or whatever time you request.
-Concierge Services: We are available to give information about activities, area, clubs and run errands such as picking up groceries or picking up an extra golf cart for your stay.
-Destination Planning: This includes and is not limited to reservations at restaurants, activities and or beach clubs.
-L'Occitane Toiletries: Villas will be stocked with L'Occitane toiletries or equivalent replacements.
-Restaurants, boutiques, beaches, golf and tennis: Just a short walk or golf cart ride away from your villa
-One & Only: Access to the restaurants, bars, spa and golf course at the neighboring O&O Palmilla
-Offsite activity coordination and in-residence spa services
-24-hour gated security and emergency medical response

-On Site Chauffeur with Van: The Villa can provide a 12-passenger sprinter van and an experienced driver to be on site ready to go wherever you need. Whether it's to visit Cabo's nightlife or explore la Paz. ($950/day)
-Nanny Services: We know the struggles of vacationing with kids, we provide full day nanny service at an extra cost where one of experienced nanny's will make sure your kids are supervised and safe during your stay.

-Palmilla's mile long stretch of uninterrupted private beach. It is also one of the only residential swimmable beaches in all of Cabo! Unlike other neighborhoods which have rip currents, Palmilla is nestled into the bay making it safe for children and adults alike to take a plunge.
