This neighborhood offers private access to 3 areas of Palmilla Beach which you can walk to or use your complimentary 6 person Golf cart. Enter through a lushly landscaped courtyard with a bubbling fountain. An open floor plan provides views from the great room and each of the bedrooms is laid out to offer privacy to each of the bedroom suites. Direct entry entry is provided from the great room and two main master suites to a swimming pool, fire pit, and patio that offers both shade and sunlight throughout the day. A rooftop sun deck offers views to Palmilla point, and a palapa BBQ kitchen and dining area allow for maximum enjoyment of the indoor/outdoor living Los Cabos is famed for and the home has direct beach access to the swimmable Palmilla cove. Amazing Getaway!

This home is beautiful and in the perfect location within Palmilla development. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and fire pit everyday along with the incredible Whale watching in the mornings with coffee from the well appointed kitchen. We are planning our next return soon and thank you Marcos for always responding quickly to questions.

Wonderful trip

First off, let me say the pictures do not do this amazing home justice. The view is absolutely amazing. Communication with Cristol, Ana and Marco was fast and always helpful. We enjoyed walking every morning in the area and then enjoyed the pool during the day. The house was beautiful! This was a perfect trip all around! Thank you for sharing your home.

Extraordinary in every way!

If you are lucky enough to stay at Buenavista 51, you will enjoy an experience that you will never forget. Everything about this experience is extraordinary. The owner is extremely helpful, and she provided us with a detailed list of restaurants and activities in the vicinity. The gated community is lovely, safe and full of beautiful homes, and this one is one of the nicest. The house itself is spectacular with breathtaking ocean views and large and beautifully decorated rooms. One of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed in.

WOW WOW WOW

What an amazing stay we had at Casa Buenavista! The layout of the house was amazing and provided all had the space that we needed. I'd have to say that the most amazing area was the pool...incredible view! Our first thing every morning was to open the wall of sliding glass doors and head outside. Kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't cook much. We did use the outdoor grill and it was great. The golf cart was an added bonus and is drive-able to several great restaurants and a well-stocked little market. Let's not forget Marco.... so friendly and helped us set up an amazing catamaran. Loved having the home gym and used it everyday. Nice elliptical and a great selection of hand weights, bench and bands. Already looking in to when we can go back. Thank you Cristal for sharing your amazing home!

Fabulous property

A wedding to which our adult family of 3 couples and one single were invited, brought us to the area. Caleta 51 was spotless and completely stocked with everything we needed. The concierge service with Marco as host provided all groceries and liquor requests and arranged transportation and golf throughout our stay of 4 days with superb hospitality and kindness. He is a jewel. I cannot more highly recommend this property with the only caveats being that perhaps larger beds might be more accommodating in the two courtyard bedrooms and of course the inability to drink the local water. Surely purification has been developed since the area was built to provide potable water. At the very least, water should be provided gratis to renters. Minor suggestions about an otherwise perfect house.

A month of paradise

We just returned from 26 nights at Casa Buenavista - a reprieve from the Michigan winter and a perfect place to work remotely and have groups of family and friends come visit for long weekends. The first impressions of the property were spectacular - from the lush landscaping around the courtyard fountain, to the charming guest room entrances, to the stunning ocean views revealed once the front door is open - you will be blown away! The layout easily accommodates up to 8 guests, with each bedroom having direct access to the pool area and an ocean view. The neighborhood is in the "Palmilla bubble" - behind two attended gates, and within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes walk down, with option to go thru north or south gates, to two different beaches) and to the Palmilla Shoppes (20 minute walk up to California Ranch Market for fresh made baguettes, salads and gourmet groceries, with a dozen or so nearby boutiques and restaurants). The sun rises right in front of the house, and whales frolic all day. Linens are comfortable, and spa robes are a bonus. We made good use of the gym, and the laundry facilities are better than I have at home. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking in, and the grill is immaculate. Marco, the concierge is extremely responsive and helpful in assisting with reservations, taxi coordination and handling any maintenance issues that arise. Bottom line: do not hesitate to book this absolute gem. We are so grateful for the incredible memories we made at Casa Buenavista!

Wonderful stay in Palmilla -A beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez

We were so delighted to stay at Casa Buena Vista. The property is beautiful with amazing views on the back patio. It was a delight to wake up to the sun rising and then relaxing in the afternoon to sunset glows. Marco greeted us with delicious margaritas and guacamole and chips. And he responded quickly with any questions we had. He also organized an in home dinner and daily in home breakfasts which were delicious. Massages and surf lessons were also on our list and took place and were wonderful. The house is located in a wonderful area and close to several good golf courses. In addition you are very close to the airport and to the old town of San Jose del Cabo. We will be back next October/November.

Beautiful House and Wonderful Service

The house and location were fantastic. Get them to stock the house for you with groceries and take advantage of the "Welcome to Cabo" party option they offer, great way to begin the stay after a long day of traveling. For dinner we hit Acre, Flora Farms and La Lupita (twice). All of them are worth a visit. Uber is the way to go once you are there. We used Cabo Lindo for the airport shuttle (party of 8) and they were very good.

quiet and beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Buenavista. The view was amazing and we loved having the breakfast and lunch cooked for us that was organized by the Concierge. The only concerns were the AC in the 2 courtyard rooms did not seem to work as well and the golf cart puttered and stalled out a few times when we drove it. But all and all it was a wonderful time with family and we will definitely go back!

Perfect beach vacation

My family (my parents, my husband, my kids ages 6 and 10, and me) had an amazing week at Casa Buenavista. The house and property are stunning- the pictures don't do it justice. The support from Ana and Marco was outstanding, including kindly pre-shopping our groceries. All we did all week was play in the pool, visit with family, eat yummy food and go to the beach. (I'm sure there are lots of other fun things to do, but this was plenty for us.) Two different beautiful beaches are an easy and pleasant walk from the house. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the personal chef service run by Sergio Cuevas. Sergio and his team (special thanks to Ivan and Auraura) were warm, friendly, and fantastic cooks- from incredible breakfasts to four course dinners. We loved having margaritas on the rooftop deck at sunset. If you are looking for a perfect easy beach week this is it.

The most amazing villa!

I am so glad I chose Casa Buenavista for my stay for my 50th birthday vacation. It was absolutely amazing. The views are gorgeous. The villa is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. All rooms have an ocean view. It was the perfect place to stay. We did not want to leave. Ana and Marco were great! Ana made sure we had transportation to and from the airport and took care of all of our pre-planned needs. Marco was absolutely amazing on site. He made sure the house was stocked with everything we requested. He was very responsive during our trip and was always willing to help us with any questions or with changes to our reservations. The golf cart was so fun! You can take it to the store, to the beach and to the One and Only resort. The neighborhood is so nice and exclusive. You really feel like it’s a private getaway and it’s a safe location. I feel the photos don’t show how amazing this place is. We really loved our whole experience in the villa. I really recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning home in Palmilla

Everything about this house is beautiful! The neighborhood is extremely safe surrounded by beautiful homes. Again, like all the other reviews…the photos don’t do this home justice. It is even more spectacular in person. We watched whales breaching almost daily while eating breakfast at the palapa. Our private chef service was amazing and I highly recommend booking this service as part of your experience. Marco was the best and made sure we were well taken care of, and answered any questions we had and organized a sunset whale watching private tour for us-it was incredible! We are definitely coming back again!

This house is in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods with great access to the beach. The views are amazing and we LOVE that the house is a true Hacienda style house. The cobble stone streets make this neighborhood unique. We also like being closer to the airport as it makes it even more convenient for a short stay.
