Perfect for us!

This is a small property located in the heart of Indian Rock Beach. Very well maintained, and it has a beautiful pool and landscaping. It is small enough that you can visit with other guest if you choose.

We loved our stay here. Just my husband and I came. It was perfect for a couple getaway. We loved having the pool right there and it was only a quick walk to the beach. Every night it was quiet. LOVED that it came with chairs, wagon, noodles, and even a cooler! Perfect little spot.

Beautiful Winter Holiday

The property was clean, beautiful and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our first Florida Vacation at this resort and would recommend it to our friends. The Pool was heated and kept very clean. The new deck furniture was comfortable. The resort could use a new Barbeque. Overall a great stay.

IRB get away

This property is ideally located in the quiet beach town of IRB. Approximately a block back from the main drag and Gulf, this property offers a unique mixture of quiet and relaxation as well as the convenience of delicious restaurants and bakeries. The nightly pilgrimage back to the beach after a relaxing break in the pool is not to be missed in order to witness the worlds greatest sunset on Indian Rocks Beach.

Matt, thank you for staying with us at Coquina Cove #1. You must be a guy after my own heart, those sunsets at the beach are not to be missed! The colors are spectacular. It is nice that Coquina Cove #1 is so close to the beach that you can get back there to catch the last rays of the day. But having the pool right outside the door is pretty awesome too! The condo is so cute, just the perfect beach cottage. I hope you will come back and stay with us again. We will save a sunset or 2 for you!

Cute and comfortable. Close to all the things you could need. The pool was nice as well. We got rained in , two days in a row so as far as having to hang out in the room the entire time, the furniture I think was more for looks. It wasn’t very comfortable at all and probably the worst part was the 19 inch TV so that was a bummer. But if you get to be on the beach every day, these things probably won’t bother you.
Cozy room for sure, just had to squint to see the TV lol

Thank you, Amy, for staying with us at Coquina Cove #1. We are so sorry you got rained in a couple of days. You are right, the unit is a studio, so it is kind of small if you get stuck in the room for a few days. But it transforms into the perfect place when you can use the pool and get to the beach. Please come back and stay with us when the sun is shining and the breeze is cool. We loved having you as our guests. Beaches USA
