Welcome to paradise at our condo in the heart of historic and quaint Indian Rocks Beach. The beautifully decorated condo is in the perfect location for your beach getaway. Located on the West side (beach side) of Gulf Blvd you have no busy streets to cross and are less than 200 steps to the sand! Indian Rocks Beach is known for its miles of pristine white sugar sand beaches perfect for collecting shells, soaking in the sun, and swimming in the inviting warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With no hotels around it feels like you have the beach to yourself, and the beach breeze and sunsets are nothing short of spectacular!
The unit is located on the top floor of this building up two short flights of stairs (no elevator, sorry) where you can enjoy a small view of the gulf from your oversized balcony facing the beach. The condo only has 4 units so no hassle with crowds and your covered parking spaces are right below the unit. It has everything you will need for your stay so you can truly relax and unwind. The beautiful newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances has everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, waffle maker, toaster oven, and ice maker. We also have a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The bedrooms have delightfully comfortable mattresses in them because there is nothing worse than not being able to get a good night's sleep after a great day making family memories on the beach. We have everything you will need for your time at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even a wagon to make getting there that much easier. No need to pack all your beach gear and haul it on vacation, we have everything you will need already here.
We are located truly in the best spot in the area with plenty of fabulous restaurants right down the street. Walk on over and grab a bite or some ice cream at The Kooky Coconut Café at the end of the block. Get some delicious local seafood at Keegans Seafood Grill, PJ’s Oyster Bar, The Original Crabby Bills, or Guppy’s on the beach that are all within a mile of the condo. Or try one of the multiple pizza spots within blocks or a delicious taco and margarita at Jakes Coastal Cantina. The only problem is there are so many great options you won’t have time to try them all.
If you are looking for more to do than relaxing on the beach all day, there are plenty of great local attractions within a short drive. Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and Clearwater Beach are a few miles down the beach. If you are looking for excitement, Busch Gardens in Tampa will get your blood flowing and Adventure Island is a great way to beat the heat and get your thrills. Fishing charters both inshore and offshore are abundant, but we can hook you up with the locals that know where all the fish are and guarantee you have a great time. If you want to get up close and personal with the fish, the Clearwater Aquarium and Tampa Aquarium are both fantastic fun for the entire family.
