The sugar white sand beaches of Panama City Beach are consistently rated among the top beaches in the world.

This condominium is located on the 5th floor! Less time on the elevator and more time at the beach!! Also anyone with a fear of heights will appreciate standing on this spacious balcony gazing at the fantastic views, listening to the pounding surf, and taking in the sunsets. It's high enough for privacy yet low enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of being close to the beach.

This unit has a fantastic open floor plan that sleeps 8 people very comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms plus a bunkroom for the kids. It's like you're getting a 3 BR unit for the price of two! The master bedroom is directly on the gulf with balcony access and has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and a 40" TV. The master bathroom has double-vanities and a bathtub/shower. The guest bedroom has two double beds, a closet, an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower, and a 32" TV. The bunkroom has a twin bunk bed with a small TV with DVD player. There is also a queen-sized pullout bed in the living area. The unit has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a separate dining area, a laundry room, and two full size baths. The dining area contains a table with seating for 4. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer that are new in 2024. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), blender, crockpot, Foreman grill, and everything else you need. The living area has a new Sony 55" Roku TV with guest mode to safely use all your streaming subscriptions. Just tell it your departure date and it will erase all your login/password info. All the TV's have cable with HBO. Of course the condo is also equipped with free wireless high speed internet. Finally, there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys for you to use.

Celadon is in the perfect location on the quiet family-friendly west end of the beach. It's only a couple of miles to Pier Park which offers a million square feet of family shopping and entertainment including national chain retailers along with unique locally owned boutiques and specialty stores. Pier Park also has a 16-screen movie theater, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville and many other well-known restaurants and smaller eateries. Celadon is also only a couple miles to Frank Brown park and within 30 minutes of the San Destin outlet malls.

Celadon Resort has all of the amenities for a relaxing and fun vacation. There is a beach-side seasonally heated pool with a hot-tub, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with another hot-tub, a tennis court, a well-equipped fitness center, a clubhouse, a picnic & grilling area, and a covered parking garage. On the beach you will find jet skis, parasailing, kayaks and more to rent. Nearby there's golf, diving, sailing, fishing, snorkeling and more.

Amazing views and location.

Great condo on the west end of Panama City Beach, just far enough away from the crazy hustle and bustle of the crowded roads, restaurants, etc. Beautiful beach with an amazing view on the 5th floor. We loved our week there and would absolutely come again! Condo is clean and has everything you need for the entire week. I highly recommend this place! Owner is very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Celadon is a 1st class condo complex Elevators are fast almost no wait time. This unit was really nice. Very large excellent for our family. Really enjoyed having a pantry to store our dry goods. View from oversize balcony is amazing. Owner responds fast to any questions. Would for sure stay here again.

Beautiful and immaculate!

This was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. We were super impressed. Owner was very communicative and quick to address any problems. Master bedroom door does not lock. I know that is a small issue for some people, but itā€™s still worth noting. Balcony furniture is top-notch. Property is well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

I love Celadon. The location is perfect, the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. I've stayed in this particular condo before, so it feels like home. I love that beach chairs are provided in the unit. With most places you get the lounge chair beach service, but I much prefer smaller chairs that I can bring anywhere I want on the beach. The owner is great to work with. It was a fabulous stay. The only bit of criticism I have is that it's time to replace the extremely old washer/dryer as they barely work.

Nice condo. Had 4 adults and 2 teenagers.. This was plenty of room and space. Everything was great. Great tall balcony chairs x 4 of them. I used one of the Coleman beach chairs for the balcony. It was perfect for sitting on the balcony and stretching my legs out. Fell asleep many evenings on the balcony listening to the waves with a nice warm breeze. In the morning I watched for dolphins and always saw them. We all enjoyed it very much. We discovered that if you park on the top floor of parking garage, you can get close to the elevator. It makes it easy to load or unload vehicle and go a few steps over to elevator. The walkway was always nice and cool. The pools were great. Would stay again in this condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner informed us that they were in the process of painting the condo, it did not bother us. I did not pay attention to the walls, I enjoyed my time with my family, we had a great time in the cool condo and in the sun on the beach!

The view from this condo was perfect! 5th floor nice because can see the Gulf and beach easily but not hear the people. Last condo to the west so spring breakers not a problem. Large master bathroom and walk in closet. Mike is quick to answer questions.

Layout of the condo is great. Balcony is roomy with nice deck chairs. Owner was very responsive to a minor issue. Only drawback was the living room furniture. It was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Needs an update but love the area

This is one of the roomiest units weā€™ve ever stayed in, and it was adequate for our needs. Checkin was smooth, parking was plentiful, and the elevators worked fine for the most part. I would stay here again; however, the place needs a new paint job throughout and an update to the decor. I took a few pictures of some things around the place that needed a better cleaning job for next time and sent them to the ownerā€™s number but never heard back. It was little things like a puzzle piece on the rug to indicate it clearly hadnā€™t been vacuumed. The toilets werenā€™t scrubbed well. I inspected the beds and showers and found them to be fine. If it had been any worse than something I could clean myself, I would have pressed the issue. I assume like all jobs right now, workers are in short supply, so I let it go. This is the first time Iā€™ve ever stayed this far west, and we loved it. Even though there were three rows of beach chairs at Celadon, the beach wasnā€™t crowded. We even made friends with the beach guy, Jonathan.

You won't regret staying here.

This is our second year staying at the Celadon and would not hestitate to book again next year. Mike is always prompt when you have any questions or concerns, and will make sure that you are taken care of. The view is amazing with plenty of dolphins and sea turtles in the mornings. Great location to everything!

Nice condo just needs a little updating,TV in the second bedroom wouldn't work and shower curtain liner in the mater bath had mold on it and needed replacing.Everthing else was in good shape and would recommend for a nice beach stay.

The good and the bad

When we arrived, after driving many hours, with a car full of excited crazy kids, we realized the owner had not provided the check in information. The building staff were unable to assist us as it was booked through Vrbo. I messaged the owner and was told he had sent the information, which was not true. The email's received indicated the check-in information was "not yet available" and nothing else was provided. This was very frustrating. When we were finally able to get into the condo, it was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. New customer's need to be aware that the appliances are all old and barely work. One of the burners on the stove does not work. The drier requires several hours to dry a load. The vacuum is disgusting and barely works. There were very few towels available and only one kitchen towel. There was a bag of dirty wet towels in the closet of one of the bedrooms and their were wet towels in the drier when we arrived. When paying as much as we did for the condo, I would have expected just a bit better. I would not stay at this condo again, but would consider another in the area as it was a very nice area.

Check in troubles

When we arrived the code did not work and no one was st the front desk. Owner did not return my message. After holding for an hour VRBO finally answered and took another hour to contact the owner. When we finally got back to the condo at 8p.m. housekeeping was still cleaning the unit. But after all the check in problems were resolved we had a great trip.

We chose to purchase in Panama City Beach because the beach is one of the best in the world. We also anticipate that the area is going to continue to grow in popularity, especially as a family vacation destination, with the new international airport that opened in 2010. We chose Celadon Resort because of its perfect location. On the quiet west end of the beach away from traffic yet close to so many restaurants and entertainment. In addition, we researched many of the buildings and think the Celadon 2 bedroom plus bunkroom floor plan is the best on the beach. When a unit went for sale on a floor that we liked (not too high and not too low), we got lucky and were able to snap it up.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We really like the floor plan of this unit. We can take the whole family on vacation - grandparents and all. The kids love the bunk room. They have their own space while we can close the doors after they go to bed early and not worry about waking them up. Much better than hallway bunks. We also like that our unit is on a lower floor. I have a fear of heights and have no problem whatsoever spending time on the balcony and yet we're still high enough to have privacy and a spectacular view. The lower floor also allows us to spend less time riding the elevators during the busy season.
