This was our second time at Celadon Beach Resort and it was another excellent stay. Lisa with Haven Beach Rentals was awesome with communications and responding to any questions we had. Will definitely be back.

Would definitely stay again. Room was clean and view was spectacular. The hostess was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Would recommend this room and definitely will book again in the future.

Everything was great while we were there. We had a storm that knocked out the elevators, but they were able to have people manning them while we were there. That was some inconvenience, but we managed other than that. We had a very wonderful time.

Initially we had a few mishaps with some missed spots cleaning but the host was very responsive and had it taken care of right away. The property is even more beautiful and larger than it appears in the pictures. The condo is very spacious for a one bedroom and there’s more than enough room to have guests utilize the bunk beds and sofa bed without feeling crowded with the space. Beach chairs are included with the condo and you’re able to walk directly off of the elevator, out to the beach. The property is closer to the actual beach than most. The property and beach surrounding the condo are very well maintained. Staff are friendly and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. Both pools are very accommodating for those who want to avoid some sun as they are partially covered. Definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation!

Our stay could not have been better! The condo was spotless, everything was like new. The view is spectacular and we soooo enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves. Thank you to Haven Beach Rentals for a great experience! Kendall & Lisa were great to work with start to finish.

Five Day Micro Vacay

Condo was very clean, appliances all new and kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Great location and parking was a breeze. Plenty of carts to unload and load with. The view from the balcony was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Lisa and Kendall provided excellent service in our rental process. We would definitely stay here again.

We were down to Panama City The first week of March 2025. It was a little cooler than I would have liked but the weather was gorgeous. The condo was beautiful we enjoyed our stay and the balcony is amazing you won't be sorry if you rent this condo

Host interaction was vague. After making reservation the email said I would have code “later in the week.” No date. I waited until 2 days before and texted. Was told I would get it the next day. I did not. I got it the next morning. Neglected to inform me about fire alarm maintenance and testing. Guest bathroom was moldy. Bedroom fan did not work and never heard back if there was something I could do to get it to work. At Check in there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. The outdoor furniture was filthy and I had to clean it before using it. Instructions for parking were confusing. Would stay at Celadon again but probably not this condo.

I was surprised when I read the review from your recent stay in 2103. It's certainly not our typical guest experience so I did some research. It seems you provided the incorrect email address when booking the reservation, so it's no wonder communication was not clear. You would have normally received several arrival emails containing much-needed information for your upcoming visit, parking registration link, helpful tips for settling in and most importantly...my cell number. It would also contain details regarding arrival time, The condo wasn't ready for you when you arrived, the cleaner was not finished. I would suggest double checking your email on file with VRBO to be sure your future travels meet your expectations. The bathroom fan is working as designed, there is a separate switch that you must not have tried. I'm afraid the fire alarm testing is scheduled by the HOA and not under our control. It is an annual inspection so certainly not a regular event. I'm sorry it took place during your stay. They try to plan them during the lowest/least expensive season to impact the fewest guests.

Absolutely Amazing! When you view the pictures just know the condo is even more beautiful in person. The master bedroom has a king size bed and we slept amazingly. The master bathroom was nice but the extra bathroom was my favorite with a full size walk in shower. The matching bedding throughout the condo gave an extra sense of cleanliness and beauty. I truly appreciate white linens throughout as I do not feel like the owner is trying to hide any stains. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen essentials including dish soap and paper towels. We did have to purchase dishwasher pods and washing detergent to clean as indicated in the checkout instructions however, there is a Winn Dixie within a mile so this was not a problem at all. The hallway bunks are nice and our teens slept comfortably on the 2 beds without any complaints. The elevators are a WOW factor! You would never expect to reach the 23rd floor so quickly but we did. We never waited more than 2-3 minutes for an elevator even when it was busy. The view of the beach is amazing from the well-furnished balcony. I have never be a fan of parking garages but I will say this one was great. There is plenty of parking, we didn’t have to worry about not having a space if we left. Also, we have lifted vehicles and they easily had room in the garage. I rarely leave reviews but this place is to amazing not to leave a review and Lisa is wonderful. She immediately answered any text I sent her. We will definitely be back.

Excellent and fast communication from host. We had a few problems with internet/tv, but the host was gracious enough to be sure that everything was taken care of in a timely matter. Would recommend!

The condo itself was nice. My issue was entirely with how Haven Beach Rentals handled a problem.About an hour before arriving, after an 8-hour drive with our two young kids, Lisa called to say the washer and dryer weren't working. Had we known before leaving home, we could have booked somewhere else. At that point, we really had no choice but to continue.A replacement washer was delivered during our stay, but it couldn't be installed because the required part hadn't been ordered. We spent the entire vacation without laundry.What disappointed me most was Lisa's attitude. Whenever I explained how inconvenient this was, I felt dismissed instead of heard. There was very little empathy or apology. I eventually had to ask about compensation, and was told it would be worked out after the stay.After checkout, communication stopped.I was also surprised to read the response sent to VRBO. It says we were offered another condo, but we were only offered a refund after we were already an hour away. It also says we were offered another unit for laundry, but that wasn't mentioned until about two days before we left.Things break. I understand that. What matters is how guests are treated when they do. Unfortunately, that was the most disappointing part of our stay.

We called you before your arrival to let you know of the problem with the washing machine. We offered a full refund so you could move to another unit...a seamless process. You declined. We offered 24/7 access to an adjacent condo so you could take care of any laundry...you declined. You were without a washer for one full day and the dryer for 2 days. Any inconvenience you experienced was because of your unwillingness to accept the offers made to you. After your departure, when communication became offensive and combative, communication ended. We go way above and beyond for our guests but have a firm policy of not rewarding bad behavior.

Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. Beautiful views, quiet, close to many restaurants and recreational facilities. A couple of minor complaints...whomever cleaned the condo did not do a good job of getting all the sand off the floors. It wasn't horrible though, and after all, it is the beach! Secondly, there were two couches in the main room, but no comfortable chairs to relax in. I prefer a chair to a couch. Anyway, it was a very nice condo, communications were good, and we will return.

Fabulous stay in this 21st floor, beach front property. The property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. We highly recommend this property. The beach chair service was a wonderful bonus!
