The Space:

Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, small families, and business travelers. Nestled within a historic building dating back to the late 1800s, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need, whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway.

Unwind in the inviting living room, where the striking brick wall adds character to the space. Relax on the sofa bed, which also provides extra sleeping arrangements, and enjoy your favorite shows on the large Smart TV.

Step into our well-equipped kitchen, where preparing delicious meals is a breeze. Enjoy modern appliances and ample counter space for your culinary adventures, making cooking at home a delightful experience.

🛏️ Bedroom

Relax in the spacious bedroom, offering ample space for a comfortable night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed. Sink into the luxurious bedding and unwind after a day of exploring.

🛁 Bathroom

Refresh and rejuvenate in the beautifully updated bathroom, featuring a new washer/dryer for added convenience. Whether you prefer a relaxing bath or an invigorating shower, this serene space is designed for your comfort.

🚗 Parking

Overnight parking on Pikes Peak Ave is free, while S 25th Street is metered with no overnight parking permitted. The public parking lot behind the building is free during the day, but overnight parking is not allowed there.

Guest Access:

🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, patio, detached studio. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Lovely property

This property was delightful and charming. Our family loved the location. Despite it being central to Old Colorado City, it was a quiet getaway. We were so close to all the key areas of Colorado Springs. Would love to stay here again.

Review for Miner's

Place was super clean, warm and cozy. Door to the bedroom off the kitchen needs to be fixed as it doesn't latch close. Kinda silly - but the kitchen soap is not what the bottle advertises, which is not a huge deal, but looks like environmental friendly when it is not. Location is great.

Fun in OCC

We enjoyed the property. It was close to shopping and dining. We walked most places. Luckily, parking was never an issue for us. Only negative we found was that the listing says washer and dryer, but there is none on site that we could tell. To be fair though, we also didn't ask. OCC offers a lot to do and has some great restaurants. We would recommend this place. It fit our family of 5 just right.

Downtown Old Colorado City

This is a cute/quirky little place on the second floor of a historic building on a side street to the main drag in Old Colorado City. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location can not be beat. You can walk to all things downtown. The property management company is very attentive and will be sure you are completely satisfied. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Quick Anniversary Trip

This was our first VRBO experience ever and it was FANTASTIC!! I was apprehensive as they didn’t have a lot of reviews but this rental is everything and more. The completely stocked kitchen makes me want to rebook in the future for a longer stay. The view is stunning and being able to have a coffee on the porch and seeing the mountains is worth the stay alone. Our hosts were responsive and wonderful. You will not be disappointed in booking this unit.
