Our house is subtly decorated with beautiful watercolor paintings and color coordinated bedding for you to be able to relax after a long day in crowds.

Large 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house with a private pool, covered and screened lanai, located within a gated community that offers great amenities.

All 8 bedrooms are inspired after Disney characters, offer 100% cotton sheets and have an abundance of pillows.

8 King Beds 2 cribs.

This house is located 3 miles from Animal Kingdom, under 8 miles from the rest of Disney Parks. 35 minutes to Universal while remaining in a well maintained, resort style neighborhood. There is plenty of non-amusement park entertainment available nearby.

Full kitchen stocked with everything you could need to feed a crowd.
Drip Coffee maker and Pod Coffee Maker.
Indoor and screened in, shaded outdoor dining spaces.
100 inch projector in living room.
Laundry on site with laundry pods provided to get you started.
*Garbage picked up daily. It MUST be in a 13 gallon trash bag in the proper can. Any un-bagged trash will remain in the can attracting bugs and vermin. If can isn't shut fully vermin will go through the trash resulting in a sanitary issue. $100 fee for loose trash collection. Trash can monitored by camera.
*Grill available. If propane is there you are welcome to use it but I don't fill it. If grill is left unclean it's a $50 cleaning fee. Rags are provided under the sink to clean grill.
*Pets are an additional $125 per stay per pet. Pet must be taken between the houses from the lanai man door towards the back of property to do their business and be cleaned up after immediately. Do not toss waste bags in the can, add them to the large bags for collection. There are several dog relief stations around the community to dispose of the dog waste while on a walk.
*Optional pool/spa heating for an additional fee of $40 per day for the entire length of your stay. The pool fee is not for use of the pool but for heating the pool. If you choose to heat pool it is for the entirety of your stay. If added later an additional $25 turn on fee is required. Although we do our best to maintain equipment the pool heat and clarity cannot be guaranteed because of weather or malfunction of equipment. There are 2 heated pools available in the community if you choose to not heat the pool.
*Spa only heats if pool is heated.
*There are several cameras on the exterior of the house.
**Community limits the amount of cars per house to 6 and requires each car to be registered and for guest to pay $25 per car for an access card

The EIR Community now offers 2 EV charging stations located by the Clubhouse. Clubhouse is located to the left of the Guard House EV charging is not permitted at the house.
Community EV charging stations cannot be guaranteed because of availability, weather or malfunction of equipment.
