Covering the entire first floor, the loft apartment is located in the first row on the Sierksdorfer Baltic Sea beach. It is the figurehead of the newly built and newly furnished house "Flunder & Hering" in 2018. With 120 square meters of living space, the floor offers plenty of space for two people who appreciate an open and bright room layout, from which only the bathroom and toilet are separated. The bedroom is on an open gallery above the living area. From here - as well as from the 25sqm balcony - there is an unobstructed view of the Bay of Lübeck and of nearby beach resorts such as Timmendorfer Strand or Scharbeutz. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the next restaurant: In the Hof Sierksdorf, 100 meters away, holiday guests can dine during the day and in the evening. A short walk along the promenade (800 meters) leads to bakeries, cafes and shops in Haffkrug.

The loft apartment is equipped with an open sleeping area and an open kitchen. There is a comfortable box spring double bed (1.80 wide) on the gallery. The kitchenette convinced u. a. with a large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and oven and l������������������������s leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The large window front facing the sea with a balcony in front offers a wonderful panorama. The terrace area is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Washer and dryer are also available for shared, free use.
