Swim at the beach after breakfast and before dinner, or all day!.Three bedrooms and a large new outdoor shower with beach and water views. Lovingly reimagined. Pond access to the barrier beach, facilitated by provided canoe and kayaks, plus a small aluminum pond boat with oars. Full bath indoors with flush toilet, propane powered stove, hot water heater and refrigerator and battery powered lighting. This is an off grid experience.
This perfect cottage has amazing water views and pond access to the most amazing barrier beach. Swimming is not in the shallow pond, but rather at the barrier beach. Alternate Chilmark beach sticker could be purchased to Lucy Vincent beach and Squibnocket Beach ,if desired.
