This top floor unit has a fantastic view of Terry Cove and the Perdido Pass. The balcony is a great place to feel the fresh salt air, and enjoy the awesome sunrises and sunsets. The view is great in the daytime, and even more spectacular at night with all of the harbor/condo lights.

My beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath unit features floor to ceiling windows and tile throughout. This condo has a king size bed in the Master, with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and sliding doors to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and separate bath. Bedroom 3 has 2 double beds and separate bath. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking, dining and serving utensils. There is also a wet bar with wine cooler and you can log on to your laptop via Wi-Fi if you wish.

The kids will love the water slide and everyone will enjoy floating on the 'Lazy River.' There are 2 outdoor swimming pools and baby pool for the little ones. Inside amenities include a heated pool, hot tubs, sauna and fitness room. Tennis courts and a putting green are also on the premises.

For the Fishermen, there is a boat launch, fish cleaning station and boat slips are available to rent. Nearby you will find amusement parks and dolphin sight-seeing boat trips for the kids, deep sea fishing and pristine golf courses for dad, shopping at unique local stores or the outlet mall in Foley for mom, and of course the miles and miles of sugar white sand beaches all waiting for you. Nightlife and fine dining are plentiful in the Orange Beach area.

Furnished and decorated with your comfort in mind. You will truly enjoy your stay at Phoenix on The Bay!

Great trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. It was very comfortable, well stocked and clean. The lazy river is so relaxing and we enjoyed fishing on the piers.

Beautiful location

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and there’s so much to do at the bay. Would definitely recommend this location and unit to any friends or family looking for a place to go for a fun filled time.

Best condo in gulf shores

What an amazing condo. Very spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed and more for our stay. Joanna was an amazing host. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

We enjoyed 6 nights in this great condo. We were particularly happy with the 2 full size beds in the 3rd bedroom, which met the needs for the 3 grands 7 and under. Especially the attached bathroom for them. We will definitely try to stay there next year on our traditional stay at POB!

Great Family Vacation!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great stay! We love Phoenix on the Bay and stay there every year. This was the first year for us to stay in this condo, and it was perfect. It is so spacious and, being on the top floor, it is so quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Just right

Condo was everything it was advertised as! Comfortable furnishings throughout and kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. Will stay again on our next POTB vacation.

This was the perfect condo for our family. The best view. I will definitely stay here again. I loved the open floor plan. This is one of the best condos I've stayed in so far.

Great place to stay!

The stay was wonderful. A few issues but nothing that disturbed our experience and the owner was great in getting them handled! Wish the outdoor pools were heated but the inside pools were, so the little ones were happy! The view is amazing, people were great, spacious, the charcoal grills were nice! Great stay and would stay again!! Recommended!

We enjoyed our week with you! The space was great and we really appreciated your quick responses to questions. The pool and lazy river were great! This may be one of our first beach vacas ever where we spent more time there than at the beach.

Excellent host

Our host Joanna was very kind and communicative during our stay. There was an issue with the air conditioning and she immediately called the service company and checked in with me multiple times. The view from the condo is perfect and the beds are nice and comfy. Phoenix on the Bay is a great place for families and a little more low key than the bigger resorts. We had a great stay.

Awesome Family Friendly Condo & Incredible Owner

We could not have asked for a better owner & Condo. The whole family enjoyed the lazy river, water slide, & hot tubs. Great location on the bay with plenty of incredible local restaurants nearby, also only a few minutes from the beach. We will definitely be renting from Joanna in the future. She answered all of our questions with a very quick response, again flawless vacation from start to finish.

Great condo!

The condo was great! The owner is also great! When we had an issue we contacted him On his cell phone and he answered immediately. I highly recommend staying in this unit. It was decorated great and had all things we needed during our stay! We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you Mr. Alton for giving us an opportunity to stay in your condo!

Overall beautiful condo

We stay at POB nearly every year and this is the nicest decor we have seen thus far. The biggest downfall was the major technical difficulties in its the televisions. It was far too complicated to get the receivers to work with one bedroom that would not turn on at all. Figuring out certain light switches were on for the tvs to work was a pain, as well as following specific instructions for the remotes in order for the receivers to connect. Also, the balcony electric outlet did not work at all but that was minor for us. Ultimately, we would definitely recommend renting this unit.

Had a great time

We had a great time in Joanna's condo, and as always at Phoenix on the Bay. Just a couple of minor issues. 1. Checkin time was for 3pm but when we got there at 3pm, the cleaning lady was still there mopping, so we had to wait outside for 20 minutes for her to finish and then had to bring all our stuff in on wet floors. 2. Also for some reason, the cleaning lady way over exaggerated the number of kids/adults we had with us, which made Joanna question our group. Both of these little issues were not the fault of Joanna and after we communicated on the correct info, everything was fine. The condo is really nice, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. I also liked the fact that there was a large table that seats 6 on the balcony. So this was another great stay at POB. Thanks Joanna also for a great time at your condo!!
