Our colorful, lively 3 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 outdoor shower, solar powered house is located in the hip, artistic Santurce neighborhood; the heartbeat of the island. 4 AC Units including 1 in each bedroom. Less than a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the BEACH (that's 1 mile away!), and less than 1 mile to the famous nightlife of La Placita, Calle Loiza, downtown Santurce, Ocean Park, Isla Verde & Old San Juan. These vibrant colorful streets are filled with local art, murals and historic buildings dating from the 1500s. Less than 10 minutes from airport SJU! We know you will enjoy our happy, colorful home on Isla del Encanto!

Had a great time at this cute house - very nice and neat! Plenty of space for 5 adults. We appreciated the communication with the hosts and amenities provided. Close to many sites we wanted to visit in San Juan too.

This is an awesome place! The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded very promptly to communication and had no issues with me checking in late at night after my flight arrived late. The house itself is very cute and colorful, with working a/c units and all the amenities you could want. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was cute, made you feel at home in PR. It was stocked w essentials. The location of the house was close to all - Old San Juan, local restaurants, Walgreens, Walmart, and most of all the beach.Thank you for allowing us to use the cooler and beach pails for my 3 yr old grandson.The host answered my questions right away. This home is exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. We were looking for something just outside the main tourist areas but also convenient and close to the things we wanted to do - and this residential area was just the right fit. As long as you know how to parallel park, the street parking is no problem at all. One thing I didn’t see mentioned in other reviews are the neighborhood roosters. Bonus if you want to get an early start to your day! But not so loud that you can’t sleep through the sunrise crowing if you were down the street at Bonanza a bit too late the night before. Wonderful experience, wonderful hosts, wonderful casita.

This will be my second time staying at this beautiful home that never cease to amaze me . I LOVE everything about this home . We had such an amazing experience!! It is a beautiful decorated house, very comfortable and with more items that you’ll ever need.Only issue is if you decide to rent a car, parking is not very accessible and you will need to park on the side streets. The streets can get very packed as that’s where the cars for those house park. The right side of the house is easier as the other side is very tight and has more house.Our hosts were more than accommodating, had some snacks for us, and were amazing! Absolutely recommend and if I return to San Juan, I will definitely stay there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming San Juan property! From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly responsive, provided excellent local recommendations, and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit.The house itself is absolutely adorable – beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location couldn't be better! We were able to walk to so many amazing restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Being within walking distance of the hot spots meant we could easily explore the vibrant neighborhood without worrying about transportation. It was the perfect home base for our San Juan adventure.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Juan. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Wonderful!!!!

Great house, very clean!!!, multiple AC units and fans, short drive to airport, beaches, old San Juan, full of character, and more! Parking in side streets took practice but doable. The whole family (3 generations) loved this house!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in San Juan! The house was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.Highly recommend this place for families or groups of 3 looking for something other than a high-rise stay or apartment in Puerto Rico.

the house was very cutesy provided more than i could have imagined. The hosts were very responsive and gave us recommendations to beaches and restaurants . the vibes of the house was exactly what i was looking for on my first experience out there in santurce. Perfect Puerto Rican Getaway

The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and fully stocked! The lanai makes for perfect family pictures and the house has everything you could possibly need or want! Dishes, utensils, grill, beach chairs, bikes and more! The hosts were always available for local recommendations and easy to reach! Will absolutely stay again!

Breather in Santurce

Amazing time we had in San Juan. Santurce was super fun and fun. Really close to a lot of places we visited (Calle Loiza, Old San Kuan, Condido, Isle Verde, Loiza). We rented a car so it was easy to get around. Carrie and Ryan and baby Nolan were great hosts even leaving us the kindest note and dulces. My personal favorite part was the outside shower. Their home was neat and clean., Everything was so great and perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

The whole family enjoyed our stay at this unique home. It was exactly as pictured and described. We really enjoyed the themed rooms, avocado and banana were a lot of fun. We are a picky family and we all thought the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location, comfortable and well stocked

The house was very clean and comfortable. Having the privacy of a little patio out back was excellent for our group to visit and work. The house was set up like a home with even travel mugs and zip lock bags for use. There were also plenty of towels and even beach chairs for use. The owner left delicious coconut treats as a welcoming gesture and it was much appreciated. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely stay again!

Good place to stay

Our stay in the home went well. There was an unexpected problem with the plumbing but the owners responded right away (their plumber was a great guy). The neighborhood is nice, with good coffee and ice cream shops walkable distances away. There was loud music in the evening but not late into the night. The house is so stocked as listed. I strongly recommend frequent use of the outdoor shower.

La casita Verde

My family & I stayed here it was a group of 5 . They had everything we needed . Sunscreen , towels , water . Gave us complimentary Jell-O shots they were amazing along with a six pack of beer . Everything was very clean . The two rooms towards the back were very hot no AC units in them but we bought fans for both rooms & it was fine . Parking was alittle difficult to find but we made it work . Would definitely recommend anyone to book here . Can’t wait to come back . Everything was very close to us . 10/10 experience.

We are originally from Minnesota and both went to college in Wisconsin where we met at UW-Stout. After graduation, we moved to Louisville, Kentucky for 4+ years then moved to St. Petersburg, Florida where we have been for 10 years. We got married in 2018, and havd been together for 15+ years.

We fell in love with Puerto Rico over our 2nd Anniversary vacation and decided to purchase our happy home 5 days after we left the Island. We have owned it for over 5+ years and love living and staying here as much as possible throughout the years.

We gave birth to our first son Nolan in July 2024, and then 17 months later gave birth to our second son Bernie in December 2025. Raising our boys in the tropical lifestyle (over snow!) brings us so much joy and we love sharing our Casita Verde with new friends from all over the world!

We LOVE our local neighborhood with true Puerto Rican locals. The kindest people we have ever met! Our walking distance to many restaurants, shops, businesses and the beach can't be beat. We love seeing the Ocean on some blocks and the mountains in other blocks.
