Bring your pontoon, small boat or jet ski and tie it to the 75’ pier. Herring Creek opens up to the bay via a low bridge so boats with a hard top or towers will have a problem clearing the bridge but smaller boats will be able to enjoy all that the bay has to offer. Have putting contests on the putting green with its sand trap and water hazard or just sit and relax as the sun goes down while eating delicious steamed crabs that you caught using the crab pot available to you. Here you will be conveniently located near to the beach, shopping, and restaurants as well as to Assateague Island State park where you can spend a day at the beach and see the wild ponies.

This property sleeps 19 with a guest house which is just a few steps away from the main house. The main house has 4 bedrooms with 3 full and ½ baths. First floor has 3 entertaining areas, gourmet kitchen complete with stainless appliances, butcher block island with seating and granite countertops. Second floor has a king master with a full bath, another king bedroom that shares a hall bath with a bedroom that has a queen and two twin beds. Third floor is a queen bedroom with a balcony over looking the water, a queen bed, a day bed with trundle and a bath that has a charming vintage style claw tub. The guest house has a loft bedroom, main level bedroom and a full bath with a soaring cathedral ceiling in the main living area.

This property comes equipped with cable TV , Free Internet, a BBQ grill, bed linens, and ample outdoor seating for you to enjoy your vacation.
