The house was really nice and comfortable for everyone. I was disappointed that the TV's did not work to the point we did not see the ball drop. I called and was advised that help was on the way however no one showed.

Beautiful home. Our family of 13 were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Only negative was no furniture on the deck. The pictures showed a table and chairs along with couches and comfy chairs. We had to bring out beach chairs to sit. Loved the big side yard and fire pit.

Excellent stay

The house is a gem with well appointed spaces and lots of room so everyone had a place to chill. Loved every minute spent there. The neighborhood felt safe and views were great. It was also conveniently close to shopping with easy access to the Fenwick beach. We had some minor plumbing issues which were addressed same day. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous Home!

Well-appointed and lovely home with great amenities. Although linens and ā€œtowelsā€ are provided, we didnā€™t anticipate that wash cloths werenā€™t included with towels. Also, we werenā€™t initially provided enough towels for our party, despite confirming the number needed prior to arriving. Fortunately, more towels were dropped off the evening of our first nights stay. Extra kitchen trash bags were not readily found so we had to improvise with smaller bags from our grocery shopping. Regardless of the inconveniences, everyone enjoyed their stay and we would absolutely rent the property again. You wonā€™t be disappointed!

Overall giving a 5 star review, although if the system allowed me to give a 4.5 star, that would have been my preference. This is a big, spacious home in a great area of Ocean City. It feels very beachy and is a nice layout for large groups, with plenty of rooms, bathrooms and "hangout" areas. It also has a nice deck with a hot tub and grill. Access to the property on arrival day was smooth, however the house was not as ready for our group of 12 as I would have hoped. (i.e. the grill had not been cleaned, the kitchen was not fully stocked with enough silverware/dishes for a party of our size, chairs around the kitchen island were very shaky and needed to have screws tightened, coffee maker's carafe did not fit the machine, dead bushes in the two pots by the front door and out back on the deck etc.) I was not thrilled to have to spend my first evening communicating with the rental agency, but to be fair, they were extremely responsive (quickly brought us items we needed or sent maintenance to look at the other issues). I agree with a previous review that the linen package is sparse on towels and does not include washcloths, so renters should be prepared to bring or supplement those. In the end we had a great stay overall and I would be willing to book the home again. There appeared to be construction starting across the street at the time we left, which may increase traffic and noise for the near future.
