🏠Welcome to Sugar Wave

The minute you open the door and enter this 3-bedroom condo you will be glad you booked this unit. It is beautifully decorated and has been equipped with all of the comforts and amenities you would expect. Open and airy main living, dining and kitchen space with natural light is the perfect place to make vacation memories. The master suite features a king-size bed, an en suite bath with double vanity and stand-up shower. The guest rooms feature a queen-sized bed and another with two twin over twin bunk beds with a shared full hallway bathroom. This beautiful townhome is located right across the street from the hub and is steps away from a resort-style pool. The Prominence pool features private cabanas, an outdoor dining pavilion, and a fitness center.

House Rules

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**
**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

Notification required one week prior to arrival to reserve golf cart

** 6-Seat Golf cart available for rent. $150 per day plus tax. Golf Cart must be rented for length of stay. Please request at checkout ***

Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:
-To operate the golf cart, guests must have a valid drivers license and must be at least 25 years old
-Please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations
-A copy of the golf carts terms and conditions will be emailed upon reservation and will require signatures

PLEASE NOTE - ** FL law states that any underage and/or unlicensed driver of a street legal golf cart is considered a criminal offense and a $500 fine including a possible 60 days in jail. It's a very serious offense for underage/unlicensed driving of a LSV in the State of FL.**

If Prominence security catches any underage drivers they impose a $500 fine to the house, which the renter is responsible for paying.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (8):
Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom with shower
Guest Bedroom: King sized bed, shared bathroom with tub/shower combo
Bunk Room: Two set of twin bunk beds, shared bathroom with tub/shower combo

*** Golf Cart rental option available to add to the reservation. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate golf cart. Failure to adhere to the age limit for the golf cart will result in loss of golf cart use for the remainder of your stay.***

Gulf Lakes Public Beach - 1.2 miles east

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) is a festive gathering place for friends and families to eat, drink, shop, and play. There are multiple restaurants plus Mr. Freeze ice cream, and plenty of fine retail shopping. The restaurants are situated around a lawn and patio area with comfortable seating, big stone wood grill, fireplace, event stage, and huge screen. There is music, drinks, entertainment, games and an arcade. There is easy access to the 30A hotspot "The Big Chill", a Pool House with heated pools.

Great community

Overall it was great and everything written is spot on. I'd definitely recommend it. The only even slightly negatives are the proximity to The Big Chill as you'll hear the music until it stops (could be a positive or negative depending on kids ages) and having to drive to a beach and find parking (however, that's clearly written in the description so not surprising).

Fun location and nice amenities

Overall a great stay, only small issue was there is not great beach access nearby (or a dedicated private access like many nearby communities). The public park was the best option which required a small fee and was a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the beach (which was doable). Golf cart was a cool add but we didn't find many places we were allowed to take it. Only a small lot for legal cart parking in Seaside (about 15 carts) and no cart parking allowed in Rosemary. The property was great and super close to an awesome hangout in the big chill/the hub. Pool was nice with a gym. Future renters should just expect to wake up early to find a good spot at the public beach access. House was a little nicer than what we expected in pictures was a nice surprise.

Unit is clean but listing is deceptive

When booking the unit the title of the listing sounds like you can choose between a golf cart or bikes. The previous group that checked out the day we arrived read the listing the same way. The listing is deceptive. You won’t have access to the garage or the water from the garden hose. If you choose to pay extra to use the golf cart, it will be parked in the driveway. In the garage is where they store candy and that’s why you don’t have access to it. The listing didn’t say anything about not having access to the garage. We’ve stayed in many units in this community and always had access to the garage. We like to hose off all of our sandy things before heading home and wasn’t able to do that.

Misleading, will not make it right

Honest review: We chose this house because they offered bikes in the listing. We have a child with a physical disability and he needed those to get around. When we arrived at the house, we were locked out of the garage by the owner. When we called the management company we explained out situation (physical disability) and the manager told us that the owner would not allow renters to access the garage so we couldn't have the bikes. So, touch luck? Yep. We communicated about our child and his disabled status and they and the owners did not care. They tried to blame the HOA for not allowing bikes to be stored outside but my contention was that we could have placed them inside the unit or we could have been given access to the garage that apparently was holding the gold of fort knox. No help. They didnt care. I even asked for them to reimburse us the cost of bike rentals and they said no, but they would buy us a bottle of wine to let us know how much they appreciate our business (I know, it's laughable). SO they are dishonest AND did not care about a family who truly needed the bikes because of a disability. This is the lowest of the lowest of the low. We could have rented 50 other houses that did have bikes in Promenace, but we got stuck with these dishonest uncaring owners. The house is on the main road, by the big chill. You hear road noise, golf carts, loud people and music to varying times in the night. House was clean, beds were good. Owners terrible
