As for the golf cart, we acted quickly upon your report, and our technician, after a comprehensive check, found the cart and the cord to be in good working order. The batteries are new, having been replaced less than a month ago. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding with the charging process, which is an easy oversight. We are committed to ensuring our guests have a delightful and hassle-free experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered.
