The combination of location, convenience and luxury is hard to Match. We're located IN Carlsbad Village. The location is true perfection with so many awesome restaurants and shops. 1 block from the beach posted in the pictures, which is where both the upper and lower beach boardwalks begin and there's a nice access ramp, beach bathrooms and also a manned lifeguard tower in the summer months.

Newly constructed and furnished, this is one of the nicest condos in Carlsbad and consistent with a 5 star luxury hotel with 3000 square feet, a gourmet kitchen, 4 large bedrooms, a secure private 2 car garage and an an incredible roof deck that looks to the beautiful pacific ocean and Carlsbad Village. No need to drive...walk everywhere as it's close enough to come and go from the beach and Village all day when you want to do your own thing or in a group.

The Master suite is close to 800 square feet with a large walk in closet, faces west to the ocean with a wonderful breeze and a little view to the ocean. Plush master bath *124with bathtub/whirlpool and separate tile/glass shower, His & her sinks, separate makeup counter and a private toilet with door. The master deck has a spiral staircase to the private 12 x 12 roof/sun deck with beautiful ocean and Village views.

We built these condos ourselves with special attention to detail, luxury and total comfort! 3,000 square feet for everyone to spread out, relax in style and relax in total comfort! We can't wait for you to stay with us...it's an amazing place that our guests keep coming back to year after year!

Everything you might want!

This rental worked out so good for our group of 8 which included 4 children. It is very spacious - the kitchen along with paper products were well stocked -lots of beach items were available - great parking options - beds were so comfortable and it’s close to the beach and downtown. The manager was quick to take care of any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough good things about this location.

Excellent stat!

As a family of 5, everyone had their own bedroom and space which was amazing! The pictures actually reflect the home. Kimmi has thought of everything when setting this place up! The beds were very comfortable. Kimmi responds quickly to any questions. The location is perfect. I could go on and on! This place is perfect!

Wonderful!!

Kimmy was a fabulous host! The house is beautiful, well - stocked, fantastic location! She answered every question promptly. Went out of her way to accommodate every need, and even provided a box of toys for our grandkids ages 3 and 4. Our entire experience was perfect!!!

Yipee!

Family trip

Our kids, their husbands and our grandchild stayed in this unit for six nights. It had everything we needed in a great location near the beach and the village. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Loved staying here.

Great location! Short walk to the beach. House comes with beach chairs, towels, etc. The parking garage was so handy! Kimmy was quick to fix any issues we had. BBQ grill needed attention-they fixed it. Master bath toilet handle wasn't working right-they offered to fix it immediately. Water temperature for showering could've been warmer. They had plenty of extra necessities such as toilet paper, soap, and trash bags-which was so nice. You can't see the ocean from this location-even from the roof, but it's still a great location in the village. Overall, great experience!

Great spot

Our stay in Carlsbad was fantastic, mainly due to our proximity to the downtown area. Great restaurants, bars, shops, music etc. The house was perfect. Clean, modern, spacious. We had everything we needed. Our host was available if necessary, and was very accommodating. A great stay

In town for a wedding

This was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! We were at family of 18 and had rented both units for 4 nights, the house was so clean, spacious and had everything we needed, the location in the town of Carlsbad was so beautiful, and Kimmy the host was such a pleasure to deal with and so very helpful! I will definitely be back, and highly recommend staying here!

Great stay!

Beautiful property in awesome location

We spent 3 weeks at this beautiful property and enjoyed every minute. Communications with Kimmy were really helpful and efficient. The property is in excellent condition and well stocked. Specifically, it has many beach chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, etc. and even a cool wagon to pull everything to beach. One minor issue with the A/C unit was resolved quickly and seamlessly. The location is fantastic as it is short walk to beach and walking distance to many fabulous restaurants and wine bars, many with live music. Even sailed the ocean a couple of times out of nearby Oceanside. The parking situation is a real plus as the unit has 2 car private garage. This is really helpful for a property so close to the beach. Unlike many beach resort towns, Carlsbad Village was not overcrowded, even during summer high season. Great vibe in the Village without long lines. Totally loved this property in wonderful Carlsbad Village.

We loved our stay!

This was our first time staying at Kimmy’s property. We loved that it was a short walk to all of our favorite Carlsbad restaurants and to the beach. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed! We can’t wait to come back 😊

Perfect location

We had a lovely time relaxing in this beautiful vacation property. The location is perfect for exploring the village (Wednesday Farmers Market was great) and is so close to the beach! Plus, it's just a short drive to Oceanside to explore even more activities (surrey bikes & Top Gun House - High Pie) . Kimmie made the check in process easy and was quick to respond with answers to the questions we had while staying there. Would highly recommend this rental. It had a very comfortable yet casual elegance vibe and spacious enough for everyone to spread out and relax. Our group loved it!

Enjojed a week in Carlsbad

The property had 4 bedrooms which were nicely furnished. It was in a good location about 3 blocks from the beach and only a couple of blocks from Carlsbad Village. A large array of shopping and restaurants were nearby. It was an excellent property for our family reunion.

WEDDING FAMILY GROUP

10 of us which was made up ofv8 adults and a 8 & 10 boy cousins. Father of the Bride was in Master. His Dad sister and Aunt in other rooms with their others. Great house. All that was listed and more.one could walk with ease to shops and restaurants in the Village.One grandson said ice cream shop was but 3 minutes walk! The train was just part of the atmosphere and not any problem..Host Kimmy was excellent.....highly recommended this house.

Beautiful and Comfortable

Very nice accommodations. Close to the beach with plenty of beach equipment. Nice garage parking. Beautiful and comfortable inside with plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids. Large kitchen to accommodate making family meals with 2-3 cooks hovering about. Will go back!

Living in Carlsbad for 30 years now my Husband and I stay active with all that the coastal lifestyle has to offer. We are avid Pickleball players and also love biking, walking, running, surfing, swimming or building sand castles! Our large family has different interests along and we cherish the coast and our together time.
We built and designed these condos from the ground up and was our personal home for many years. We paid special attention to quality, detail, and high end amenities that were important to a luxurious feel but also captures comfort of the Earth and the Beach.

We feel Carlsbad and specifically Carlsbad Village is the nicest beach town along the entire Coast line, primarily because of the beautiful year round weather, very close access to the Ocean and our miles of amazing sandy beaches, good surfing and the large variety of shops and restaurants that Carlsbad Village has to offer. Really seems to have everything we've hoped for in a coastal community...we love it here.
