Welcome to Villagio Carlsbad! Carlsbad's premier coastal development located less than a 3-minute walk to one of the finest beaches in So. California! Completed in March, 2013, this 2700 sq. ft. condo and 700 sq. ft. private rooftop deck is where everyone wants to be! Walk to the beach and the quaint Carlsbad Village where you can enjoy antique shops, restaurants, specialty shops, clothing boutiques, and many services as well as the Carlsbad Train Station.

And then the beaches! We are right across the street from Robert Frazee Beach, a family beach area that has two board walks, lifeguard stations, and several access areas. Here is a fabulous beach where you can swim, surf, walk, bicycle, or just sit and enjoy the great Pacific! Also just up the beach are two other state park beaches, Carlsbad State Beach (aka Tamarack State Beach) and South Carlsbad State Beach. The former has four miles of beach and jogging trails and yet is close to the Village. The latter beach park has campsites on a cliff overlooking the beach. Anyone can use the beach for the day.

If that isn't enough for you, just hang out at the condo and soak up the beach lifestyle there with all the creature comforts you can ask for, including five flat screens, a private patio with a BBQ, serious mesh network WIFI throughout, AND a huge (over 700 sq. ft.) private rooftop patio with an ocean view. (THIS IS OUR PRIVATE ROOF-TOP DECK, AND NOT A SHARED DECK.) It is well appointed with an outdoor sectional which sits eight people, a bistro dining table with bar stools for four, a huge umbrella, loungers, AND a gas fire pit and gas heater for those chilly evenings. It also has a gas grill so you can enjoy roof-top BBQ's during your stay! And we have also have added a patio dining table that seats six which is also a great place for a kid's activity table.

Once inside the condo, you are greeted with high ceilings, crown moldings, travertine tile, granite countertops, stainless steel sink, and a vegetable sink, cabinets galore, two separate counter areas with bar stools, a family room/dining room, a large living room with a 60 in. flat screen, DVD player, and sound bar, and a fireplace. There are four well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own theme: the master Deco room, the Nantucket Room, the Tommy Bahama Room, and the Seashell Room.

The master, or the Deco Master , has vintage-look furniture style from the 40's. It also has a new smart, 55-inch flat screen, a comfortable chaise lounger, a jacuzzi bath tub and large shower, and a huge closet. And, of course, a Cal-king bed. Huge windows with black out custom window shades complete the luxurious setting.

Another secondary bedroom, the Tommy Bahama Room, also has a Cal-king bed. Another larger bedroom, the Nantucket Room, features two queen beds. The main level bedroom, the Seashell Room, has a queen bed with a desk and office set-up and it is located right next to a full bathroom. For anyone not liking a lot of stairs, this is the bedroom for you!

And don't worry about sleeping arrangements for the babies and toddlers in your family. For your convenience, we have a portable crib, a pack and play, a high chair, a booster chair, and safety gates,

We also have convenient parking for you This luxury condo comes with its own two-car garage. Just pull into the garage and you have direct access to your vacation home.

We are also constantly updating and improving our home. We have recently installed new, high-quality carpet, replaced our living room furniture, and are in the process of replacing mattresses. And, we just bought all new furniture for the dining room and family room for your enjoyment. We want our home to look fresh and inviting!

Our overall location could not be more perfect for the ultimate family vacation as we are so close to so many attractions and popular beach towns. Most importantly, if you have kids, we are only about a 15 minute drive to Legoland. Head south to San Diego and you can experience Encinitas and Solana Beach as well as all of the wonderful activities in San Diego, i.e. Sea World, The Balboa Zoo, etc. Head north, and all of Orange County is at your fingertips, including San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, and Newport Beach. These towns have too many activities and shopping, and dining options to list!

And, of course, you can just hang out in Carlsbad for your entire stay. You will love the quaint Village with its unique shops and great restaurants. It's truly a great place to take a walking tour and also take a peak at its antique shops and speciality boutiques. If that doesn't satisfy your shopping needs, there is also the Carlsbad Mall and the Carlsbad Outlet Shops, and The Forum Mall, which are only about 15 minutes away. And, of course, Carlsbad is the home for the Omni Resort and Spa as well as many great golf courses.

A better location, you will not find! Come and enjoy a fabulous stay at the beach!
