Had we known about the temperature issue, we would have immediately had the property manager install a new AC unit in that room. With the doors open, the existing AC units typically cool the entire upstairs comfortably, and the fan in the smaller room is there to assist with airflow. We appreciated you reaching out about the towel shortage, and we acted quickly to deliver additional towels. The home is located in a very rural area, which provides a peaceful, natural setting but can occasionally mean the presence of small insects despite regular professional cleaning and preventative measures. Regarding your comments about the railing and other items, we appreciate them being brought to our attention and will ensure they are addressed promptly. As for the cleaning concerns, our professional team works hard to prepare the home before every stay, and what you’ve described is not typical of our standards. While we understand that not every home is the right fit for every traveler, most guests truly enjoy the space, the location, and the character of our home.
