This 2 bedroom 1 and 1⁄2 bath house sleeps 4. The nautical theme is the perfect setting for family time or a weekend with friends. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes to take advantage of the outdoors.

This home was just completely renovated. Here is how the home is laid out:



First Floor:

Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes to take advantage of the outdoors. Option to rent kayaks, boards and bikes from local companies.



There is also a grass area across the street that belongs to the property. Option to rent this area for an event or small gathering. Any event must be approved by management. Please note there is an extra cost for hosting an event.



Guest Access:

This is a private home. None of the spaces are shared and you will enjoy this waterfront property all to yourselves during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You can easily walk to the beach and many of the nearby restaurants that Portsmouth has to offer. Famous downtown Newport is just a quick drive away as well.



Getting Around:

We have enough off street parking for 3 vehicles. You can easily walk to the beach and nearby Portsmouth restaurants, or take a quick drive to the famous Downtown Newport for the day.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We have a close relationship with our neighbors. If you are looking for a place to have a gathering and loud music, please look elsewhere. Parties will not be tolerated.



Interaction with Guests:
