Welcome to Sakonnet Sunset Manor! This stunning 2.5BR/1BA home sleeps 6 guests and offers epic waterfront views. Featuring 40ft pool with integrated hot tub, two king-size beds, 2-in-1 trundle bed, comfy couch, laundry, & indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Relax on the front and rear porches allowing the stress to melt away as you Savor breathtaking west-facing sunsets over the Sakonnet River!

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, silverware and other cooking utensils etc. Coffee bar features full coffee pot and additional one cup maker with ground or keurig option. 6 person indoor dining in modest kitchen, with 12 person dining table on back deck. There isn't much you won't find here.

Bath, Pool, & Hand towels provided plus washcloths, makeup cloths and plenty of extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags.

Beach chairs and cart are in deck box under back deck. Games and cooler on wheels are in dining room closet.

Pool area has floats and pool noodles plus a 6 person dining table, plenty of chaise loungers and adjustable Adirondack chairs with beverage holders and foot rests with cushions for all in deck boxes. Pool and Hot Tub are heated with app located inside the house. Pool is for your use only and is not shared during your stay. Pool and Hot Tub are open from Mid April - End of October each year. Message us to request more specific dates.

Grill is located just outside of the pool area to the back of the house just past the garage. There are grilling tools inside the house. Parking for three cars directly in front of the two door garage.

Just short walk from Grinnell's Beach just down the street north of the house, near Evelyn's Diner, The Boat House, Moulin Rouge, Bridgeport Seafood, Coastal Roasters, Red Dory, Historic Tiverton Four Corners & Black Goose Cafe. Make dining reservations as much as a month or two early during the season.

Sakonnet Sunset Manor is so thoroughly relaxing that you will have a hard time leaving to go home. Relax and Enjoy!

PS - We are not hovering hosts, but for full transparency please note that we occupy the first floor of the property and my mom lives in the suite above the garage. We have two friendly dogs that may bark occasionally, in case those factors matter to you. The unit is private to you with two separate entrances and you have exclusive use of the front porch, rear deck with extra dining area and pool areas during your stay.
