Casa de Suenos is our custom designed second home, located in Pedregal, Cabo's exclusive and gated neighborhood adjacent to downtown and the luxury marina district. Our home was built to our specifications and finished in February, 2010. It features 3600' of luxury tile, granite and custom interior design, including custom furniture and bedding.

Our 1,000 square foot patio features breathtaking views of the marina, ocean and Medano Beach and features a private pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with a tv and gas fire pit.

The master bedroom is large and has a king bed, spacious master bathroom, balcony and stunning ocean and marina view.

Located on the same level as the master bedroom is a 2 queen bed suite. Two guest bedrooms (one with two queen beds and one with a king bed and private bathrooms) are located on the pool level of the casa, along with the living room and spacious gourmet kitchen.

The expansive living and dining area feature a disappearing full-width glass door assembly, allowing unrestricted access to the outdoor living area, featuring the pool, spa, fire pit and BBQ -- all with a spectacular view of the marina and ocean.

Our home is conveniently located across the street from the tennis courts ($10/hour) and Pedregal's fantastic Bistro & Sushi Restaurant.

Other nearby Pedregal restaurants include the Beach Club at Capella Pedregal, Don Manuel's fine dining, El Farallon (specializing in seafood) and La Cima, located at the very top of Pedregal Mountain. Additionally, the incredible restaurants of downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina area are just minutes away from our home.

Our home has satellite television, a local phone and encrypted wireless internet. As a bonus, we have installed an internet phone system with a USA phone number and unlimited incoming and outgoing phone calls to the USA. International calling (beyond USA) can be arranged, but is not included.
