House is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, kitchen supplies, iron, iron board, hair dryer, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee and teas are also included to enjoy during breakfast or any time.

Close to main highways (635 & I-30) 10 minutes from Arboretum and White Rock Lake, 15 minutes from Dallas Downtown.

Open space fully renovated 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, close to main highways, fenced backyard and Kitchen with all you need. Enjoy at home with family, friends and pets.

Pets are welcome, there will be a one time $50 fee per pet for the stay.

⦁ Alarm code is the same as the door code, if alarm will be activated for no reason during your stay and police will come a $150 fee will be charge Cooking Rules No fry foods, turmeric, or curry. Is very hard to get rid of the smells ($200 fee)
⦁ Surveillance or recording devices on property, host has installed (1) security cameras outside only, by the front door. -Please do not have extra people to sleep other than what you made the reservation for otherwise you will be charge a penalty of $50 per person per night

GARBAGE RULES
⦁ If have more than 80gal of garbage (this is what trash can holds) $100 fee will be charge
⦁ Garbage truck pass every Monday and Thursday mornings try to take it out the same day early or late night the day before.

PETS RULES
⦁ Pets are welcome, with a pet fee of $50 per pet/stay
⦁ Please pick up after your pet or a $100 penalty fee will be charged
⦁ Sofas are not for the pets. Is really hard to get rid of pet's hair
