Beach Club Cottage 20 - Beautiful, Private Home - Amenities Galore!

You won't believe the space in this gorgeous 3BR/3BA beach cottage at THE BEACH CLUB. Sleeps 10. Beds: king in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom, queen in third bedroom, and two sleeper sofas. This is a great place for family get-togethers, golf outings, tennis tournaments, camps, etc. Bring the whole group and enjoy your home-away-from-home in the Cottages at the Beach Club. Interior Appointments: 3 TVs, DVD players, fully equipped gourmet kitchen (with one exception - no working ice maker), granite countertops throughout, washer and dryer, each bedroom has its own private bath, and high-end cotton linens.

When you need to get away, this is the place. This is a family-friendly, gated, resort complex with several pools, onsite restaurant, grill & more! The nationally rated Kiva Dunes Golf Course is a mere mile away! While the fabulous Peninsula Golf course is only 10 minutes away.

Complex/Resort Amenities: The resort has an outdoor grilling area, 8 lighted Rubico clay tennis courts, bike rentals, restaurants, bar & grill, arcade games, billiards, shuffleboard, golf simulator, ice cream shop, convenience store, chess, checkers, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, watersports rentals, beach chair rentals. *Please note that guests of the Cottages do not have access to the pools for each condo tower. Cottage guests will have to pay to use the common area amenities, including the Clubhouse outdoor pool.

This is your home-away-from-home with warmer weather and better views. The Beach Club has it all. So, stop searching and book your vacation today.

PARKING REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB

Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration policy at The Beach Club goes into effect. All guest reservations arriving June 1st or later are subject to a Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle, per stay.

Your reservation total currently includes 2 parking passes ($80, plus tax). Should you only need 1 parking pass, please let us know, and we can modify that fee to $40, plus tax. As well, if you have more than 2 vehicles, please let us know, so that we can add an additional parking pass for your stay.

The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club: RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups), trailers, buses, boats and jet skis, and off-road vehicles.

*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.

The house was perfect for our trip. Clean. Excellent location to the beach and other amenities and easy to access. We definitely plan on staying again.

Loved the location, amenities, and area.

The location, amenities, and area were perfect for our family. We do plan to return. The house was very nice. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, however, these were minor things that would not prevent our return to this beautiful home and resort. Beach is very nice and distance to surf is a short walk from cottage.

Tranquil Paradise!

Beach Cottage 20 is very nice and spacious. The neighborhood is beautiful and upscale with many close amenities. You can walk to restaurant, bar, spa, beach, etc. It is 12 miles from the main highway in Gulf Shores so you are away from all the traffic, hustle and bustle and have your own tranquil paradise! The tub in the master bath is truly relaxing!

Property needs some TLC. Fridge drawers broken, door thresholds in bad shape, furniture is slightly worn as expected, toilet seats broken or loose, some attention to details needed.

Great place and area, but could use a bit of a cleanup

Fit our group very well and was spacious and very close to the beach and other amenities. Could tell that the house had been weathered a bit. The paint was coming off a few walls, the couches were pretty worn down and haven't been cleaned in a while, and the grill is super dirty and needs to be cleaned out. Otherwise, a great stay!

Wonderful house and wonderful week!

Don’t miss this opportunity to stay on this house. Better then we even expected. Beautiful very spacious house. Short walk to beach…. Just across the parking lot easy walk. Beautiful well kept grounds. Lots and lots to do with your kids. The village is pretty cool wished we would have done more there with the kids and adults. I’m happy we booked our family vacation at this house and The Beach club!

Great place to stay. Very spacious to accomidate a large family.

The refrigerator ice and water in the door did not work and couple doors would not lock. Other than that everything was great. They had card games to play and tvs in every room. We even used the grill. Could've have asked for a better place to stay. Lool forward to staying again. Thank you.

Plenty of room

Cottage 20 gives a family way more room than a resort unit. Furniture does need to be updated. Kitchen slightly unorganized but fully stocked with needed cooking/eating things. The pools are basic. We did not pay the $45/day to use clubhouse- not worth it. Shops/food trucks up front at night were fun.

Great location, perfect size for 10 people

We love the location and size of cottage 20. The rugs and floor could be cleaned better. We had two crawling babies and the rugs were dirty. The overall place needs a deep clean. A few extra trash bags, an extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and paper towels for a group of 10 would have been nice too.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had 10 in our party, 5 adults and 5 kids. The house was fantastic, with plenty of room for our family. Loved the front and back porch!! The grill was a bonus. We were able to play some of the games provided..outburst was our favorite! The walk to the beach was fine. The outdoor closet with floats, boogie boards and sand toys was a nice added feature! We even left a few extra! Having the 4 pools to choose from we did not miss using the clubhouse facilities. Have already booked for next year! We would rate this stay as 5/5 stars!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and great location. TV remotes are missing battery covers. So, batteries kept falling out of the remotes. Living room TV picture quality was poor on many channels. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Beautiful cottage.

House is great

The house itself awesome. Perfect for our needs. There were just some little things that could have been much better. The pillows were nasty. Stained and dirty. I contacted the management company and they did bring us new pillows. The throw rugs were very dirty and worn. Several light bulbs were out throughout the house. No one ever came to replace them. We had to buy batteries for the remote controls.

Close to beach, nice property.

House was nice. Close to beach and great size for family. Few minor issues during stay. Two of three TV's would not work. We were able to get one figured out but one could not be fixed during our stay. Electric outlet had an extra plug which shorted out the living room lights. Next door neighbors air unit blew and knocked out our internet connection for a day. We had an enjoyable stay minus those few problems. Property was very nice and location was great.

Great Fall Break Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach Cottage 20 was a pleasure to stay in. The cottage felt like a home away from home. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements and dinnerware. The home was very clean when we checked in. We will definitely try to return with the kids on their next Fall Break. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars across the board is because we had an Internet issue midway through our stay that could not be resolved (an ISP issue); I needed internet access for work. That was the only blemish on an otherwise perfect vacation.

Nice resort but house needs work

The house was spacious and we enjoyed the amenities of the resort property. This house has definitely seen some wear and tear, however. The carpets and main couch were very dirty. I also had to clean the toilets upon arrival because they were dirty. It had a rusted broken lawn chair on the back porch that was dangerous for our toddler. The grill was very dirty too and had to be cleaned before using it. The water turned yellow as well so we had to use bottled water. This home would be very nice with some thorough cleaning and a few updates.

Roomy and perfect location but many problems

Many things did not work and/or were broken or did not work. Ice maker did not work, air conditioner did not work (glad it was not summer), TV in middle room did not work, chest and TV stand drawers in middle bedroom would not close, window opener in living room broken (discovered because we had to open windows due to air conditioner not working.) It is a beautifully decorated cottage; it just needs some repair work.
