This newly built (2023) private 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home combines all the perks of a resort with the privacy of your own house, making it perfect for families or groups of up to 10. Just a 5-minute walk to beach access and resort amenities, you’ll be immersed in both luxury and convenience.

Outdoor Oasis

Unwind in your own private pool surrounded by lush landscaping, swaying palms, and a beautiful fountain view. The pool can be heated in cooler months upon request ($50 charge per stay), so you can enjoy it year-round. Outdoor seating includes a shaded dining area for six, Adirondack chairs, and spacious loungers.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

* Bedroom #1: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and Roku TV.
* Bedroom #2: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and Roku TV.
* Bedroom #3: Queen bed with a Roku TV and nearby full bathroom.
* Primary Suite (Bedroom #4): King bed with direct access to the patio, a large ensuite featuring double vanities,
quartz countertops, a soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Each bedroom is equipped with anti-microbial mattress and pillow protectors, white coverlets washed after each stay, blackout shades, and streaming-capable TVs.

Indoor Comforts and Living Spaces

The open-concept living space is designed for comfort with a queen pullout sofa, loveseat, swivel rocker, and beanbag chairs. The dining table seats six, and an additional six barstools line the large kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with dining ware, cookware, and top appliances, plus a 5-burner outdoor gas griddle. There’s also a convenient washer and dryer for guest use.

Resort Access and Amenities

Guests have complimentary access to the beach, bars, and pools, plus an optional daily or weekly rate for the full Beach Club privileges, which includes:
* Clubhouse pool, hot tub, fitness center, steam rooms, and tennis/basketball courts.
* Free arcade and DVD rentals.
* Spa, 2 restaurants, a gift shop, ice cream, food trucks, and seasonal live music.

Beach Activities and Local Attractions

From jet skis and parasailing to beach chair rentals, enjoy the ultimate beach day at the Beach Club. Plus, nearby stores, restaurants, and the attractions of Gulf Shores are just a short drive away.

Important Notes:

* No pets, smoking, or vaping allowed.
* Gated community with security.
* Pool-access doors feature an optional audible alarm, and a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for added security.
* Minimum booking age is 25.
* 2 parking passes are included with rental. (additional passes may be purchased for $40 each). All vehicles must be pre registered
with management company prior to arrival. Parking passes are picked up at guard shack upon arrival. Please display in vehicles at
all times. The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club:
RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups), Trailers, Buses, Boats, Jet Skis and Off Road Vehicles.
* Guests are not allowed to have golf carts.
