It is a very spacious home with plenty of room for all. However if you need the blow up mattress or futon bring your own bedding. Also the slider to the back is broken so good luck getting in or out. It has been bent and broken a while you can tell by the rust. I did let the owner know and they were willing to have a maintenance man come we did decline because of our short stay and didn’t have a day to accommodate as we were there for medical reasons. We mentioned why the pool wasn’t heated they told us there was nothing they could do about that so don’t bother using it it was FREEZING. Overall it is an ok place but will not stay there in the future.

Family Trip

The property and location were nice. The pool was very cold, but would be great in spring or summer! House is slightly ran down and needs a good deep clean. Overall, it fit our needs.

Priced too high for property

The house price that was listed was very different than what it actually came in at. It was about twice as high. In addition to that, the property is old and and needs a lot of maintenance.Cleaning fee of 200 is pretty steep, given the cleanliness of the overall home. If the house was priced much lower, possibly I would consider staying.

2nd Time a Charm

Stayed at this home twice in the 4th quarter of 2024. Both times were great. Clean convenient home. Communication with owner was excellent.Will rent again, when I go back down.

House is in bad shape

The air dose not keep home under 78 in the day in summer, Doors were falling off the hinges, back sliding door docent shut you have to lock it to get it to shut (then unlock eveytime some wants in), counter top in kitchen falling a part, Big dints in fridge, takes five times to get front door to lock, very old not main trained, no propane for BBQ you will need to go fill it up if you want to use BBQ (extra bottle in garage empty). The only good part is the pool table is nice and has good sticks, TV's work well and beds are good.

Family Friendly

Nice home with everything a family could want. Lots of room, beautiful kitchen, pool table and outdoor pool and good bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Yuma family gathering

Other than the pool, backyard doesn't look like pictures. House overall was fine, lack of seating for 7 adults. Main floor bathroom sink and mirror have not been cleaned. There were water spots and a film on the mirror. Upstairs bedroom with bunk beds smelled of marijuana and wasn't useable. A sink in master bedroom doesn't drain. Kitchen facilities were fine and met our needs. Overall this property met our needs since we spent the majority of our time at other family homes and only used it for sleeping, cleaning up and minor cooking. This property needs some basic general maintenance.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the most incredible home during our transition from Yuma to Japan, and we cannot express enough how much we absolutely loved it. This home was nothing short of perfect for us, and it exceeded all our expectations. First and foremost, the pool was simply amazing. It provided us with the perfect retreat after a long day of packing and preparing for our move. We spent countless hours relaxing and rejuvenating in the crystal-clear water, surrounded by the beautifully landscaped backyard. It truly felt like a private oasis, and we couldn't have asked for a better way to unwind. One thing that truly set this home apart were the additional touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool table was a fantastic addition, allowing us to have fun and entertain ourselves in the evenings. It added a unique element of excitement and made our time in the house even more memorable. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. The availability of utensils and kitchen items made cooking a breeze. Additionally, having a washer and dryer in the home was incredibly convenient. As we were in the midst of a major move, being able to do laundry whenever we needed was a huge advantage. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful space for us to enjoy.

Spring Break 2023

This house was absolutely perfect for our group with tons of entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Everything was extremely clean including the pool and the location wasn’t too far away from tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend checking out the Yuma Prison and tubing down the river. The owners were very accommodating and understand that accidents do happen sometimes. Overall a memorable fun experience for everyone. Thanks Anette!

Polar plunge pool

We have stayed in Yuma a couple different times and did VRBO, the inside of this house was great, had everything we needed. The pool however was not heated and it definitely needed to be, the patio area was not cleaned off and there was not even 1 lounge chair out there. The yard was full of weeds that were being watered daily. I would rent again if pool was heated or if in Oct. when weather is warmer.

Perfect for our needs!

We were very happy with our stay. The home was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The pool table was definite plus and was used quite a bit. It was great to have the extra half bath downstairs, as our group was pretty good sized. The only negative was one "Karen" neighbor. But it seems those are unavoidable these days. We would definitely stay again.

Christmas in Yuma

The hosts were very responsive with every question we had prior to arrival. The cleanliness of the house was impressive. The neighbors were helpful. The neighborhood was great for walking. We especially appreciated having coffee the first morning! The house met all of our needs and I highly recommend it!

Super nice house overall!

The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of parking options. The 3 car garage is nice if you have large suitcases or other items. The rooms are good size. The pool is a nice plus, with skimmer available to use. The pool table with large enough room to use was a nice bonus! The location is great in Fortuna Hills. Would rent again!
