The open living area offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, workspace, and direct access to the private beachfront balcony. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, dressing area, TV, and balcony access with stunning Gulf views. The guest bedroom includes two full beds and its own full bath, making the layout ideal for families or small groups. Conveniences include free WiFi, washer and dryer, keyless entry, EV charging station, outdoor beach shower, and on-site ice and vending machines.

THE PROPERTY: Phoenix VIII offers a family friendly experience. Amenities include free wireless internet and cable TV. Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickle ball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct access to our beautiful white sand beach! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators. We have the same amenities as the larger complexes but with our low density building you have room to spread out and enjoy yourself!
