Come and stay in this luxuriously furnished 2 bed/2 bath beachfront condo in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. This 1450 square foot condo is very spacious and could not be any closer to the beach or have better views. This is a low density complex with only 60 units which offers an uncrowded beach and unobstructed views. A smaller complex negates long waits for the elevator which is often the case in larger complexes. The balcony is accessed through the family room or master bedroom and offers the best views on the beach. It is great for sunrise, sunset and dolphin watching! There's plenty of seating on the balcony for you to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while you watch the sunset.

This condo is conveniently located on the first floor and is easily accessed via the stairs or the elevators. The condo is on the first floor but you are actually on the second floor of the building with the covered parking area below being the ground level. You can be from the front door of this condo to the beach with your toes in the sand in less than one minute!

This luxurious condo has the best of both worlds. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama bar and restaurants. It still offers unsurpassed tranquility as there are no condos to the right of The Broadmoor and similar low density condo buildings to the left. There aren't any massive condo high rise buildings nearby to crowd the beach. This building is also set much closer to the water than any of the condos nearby giving it amazing unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The oversized master suite has a king size bed with a new Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop mattress looking over the Gulf of Mexico with breathtaking views. With the floor to ceiling windows, it is amazing to wake up to or fall asleep watching the waves hit the shore. There is a very large en-suite bathroom with double vanities, granite countertops, jetted bathtub and a separate walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size Sealy pillowtop mattress. It also has its own bathroom when you close the hallway door, making it a second private en-suite bathroom. It has a nice size bathtub/shower combo and a vanity with a granite countertop.

Both bedrooms and the family room are equipped with flat screen televisions. The TV in the living area is a smart TV so make sure to bring your NETFLIX sign-in info. All of the TVs are connected to cable and operated by one remote so they are very user friendly. The very spacious family room has stunning views of the ocean with a sofa bed that sleeps two. The family room also offers a beautiful fireplace for those chilly evenings. This condo has gorgeous travertine flooring throughout.

The upscale kitchen features granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all of the essentials that you will need if cooking in the condo. The kitchen features a filter coffee maker as well as a Keurig, toaster, blender, microwave, built-in icemaker, crockpot, food processor, Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal and all of the cookware that you may need.

The dining area has a beautiful glass top table that seats 7 people comfortably and a bar-height counter nearby that seats 3 more. The living room area seats 7 or 8 people comfortably as well. Your whole group will be able to eat together or enjoy talking or watching TV together.

Additional features include: central A/C, central heat, flat screen TVs with cable including 3 smart TVS, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, 2 hair dryers, full size washer and dryer and outdoor showers on the walk in from the beach to rinse off the sand. The condo has a storage room down in the parking area that you can keep your beach items in while you are here. If you didn’t bring your beach gear, we have some in the storage room that you can use. Included in the rental for your use are 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 4 noodles, 2 frisbees, beach toys for your kids, 2 tennis rackets and tennis balls. Please make sure you return all of the items that you use to the storage room at the end of your vacation. This makes sure that the next guest has the same included items on their vacation. Also, please make sure the storage room door is closed and locked when you leave.

The Broadmoor Condominium has many amenities. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, his/hers sauna and a workout room with his/her bathrooms and showers just to name a few. The on-site management will help maintain the peaceful vacation that you are looking for. At this smaller condo building, all of the amenities are less crowded than the high rise condominiums. There are also luggage carts in the parking area for easy transport of your suitcases, bags, groceries, etc.

The Broadmoor has covered parking which is helpful on those hot or rainy days. The condo rental comes with one parking pass that will be in the condo when you arrive. If you need a second parking pass, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can have our cleaners leave it at the condo. The second parking pass is $50 and we can send a payment request for that amount if it is needed. Parking passes cannot be purchased at the Broadmoor building so please plan ahead. There is a maximum of two vehicles per condo. No boats, trailers, jet skis, campers, etc. can be parked on the property. These are property wide rules and enforced by on-site management. Any towing or boot costs that result from a violation of these rules will be at the owner’s expense.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE CONDO. If the condo smells of smoking or vaping, extra cleaning costs will be incurred at the renter’s expense.
