Access to the pools and facilities of Pueblo Bonito Resorts is not guaranteed. This benefit is officially reserved for property owners, and while exceptions are sometimes made, it depends on resort occupancy and management discretion.

Guests are, however, welcome to visit and dine at the restaurants within the Pueblo Bonito Resorts.



Guest Access:

Guest are welcome to use the clubhouse with an amazing and quiet pool with views of the ocean and small grille and with full bar and incredibly friendly service. It also has a little bodega with fresh coffee drinks made to order, alcohol, sodas, snacks, toiletries, etc.. The gym is also surprisingly well-equipped. The clubhouse is a stopping point for the shuttles that run throughout Quivira. Very convenient.



The Neighborhood:

Copala is located within Quivira, a Luxury development on the North area of Cabo San Lucas. Quivira features a Jack Nicklaus golf course, two Five Star Resorts (Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica), Quivira Club House with a Prime Steak Restaurant, plus other two high end residential communities. All surrounded by perfect landscaping and roads for a morning walk or a run.



Getting Around:

Transportation Available

There is transportation available between properties at a cost of $6 USD per ride, subject to availability.

Reservations must be made directly with Copala Concierge, and a $100 USD deposit is required if you confirm the use of this service.

Please confirm with your host if you need it.



If you plan to explore Cabo and its surroundings, we recommend renting a car. Let us know, and we can help arrange.

Being Quivira, a Resort area, Uber entrance is a bit restricted; consult the Copala Concierge before booking Uber into the development.

Other Things to Note:

Transportation is available between properties for a cost of $6 USD per ride. This service is subject to availability, and reservations must be made directly with Copala Concierge; a $100 USD deposit is required to confirm use of this service.



If you plan to bring a dog (limited to 15lbs or smaller), we require advance notification. An additional $150 USD cleaning fee per dog will apply without exception; pets not pre-approved or declared prior to arrival will not be permitted.



Please note that Copala is a NON-smoking community; smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including the Club House. Smoking is permitted only on the condo's terrace, provided that cigar and cigarette butts are properly disposed of safely; any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. There is ongoing construction next door that may cause some daytime noise; for this reason, we are offering a special discounted rate.



In order to maintain a secure environment, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties; our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors. For monthly reservations, an additional refundable security deposit of $500 USD per month may apply, so please confirm this before booking. Finally, as this property is within a residential community, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules to grant access.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay, with two couples and a baby! The property management company is very thorough and timely communication! Property is exactly how the listing shows. We would definitely stay with Ronival properties again and enjoyed Copala!

Quiet Cabo getaway

Loved this location for a quiet Cabo getaway. The development is lovely with accessibility to other resorts and amenities. The property was exactly as described and pictured. Hosts were extremely responsive to questions and issues.

Good but with a few issues

Overall this property has a lot to offer. The interior is new, modern, spacious. Lovely amenities in bathrooms and kitchens and good concierge service - thank you to Claudia who was very helpful. The only downside was the neighborhood - there was construction going on across the street (and it's a very small cul de sac) as well as one of the houses serving as a mechanic's garage with a go-cart out front the entire time that we were there with several people working on it as though they were in a garage. Working on it includes starting the loud engine several times each day. This was even more frustrating consdering the amount of rules that we were given to follow prior to our stay - hard to believe that working on a car outside of your house in the middle of a quiet community is within the rules. Between the construction and the go cart situation, we were unable to use the outdoor space, which was very nice but not at all enjoyable with the amount of noise and commotion going on. If you do decide to book, I would just double check the construction siutation so that you can at least be aware of the situation in advance, and be prepared for it. I wish we had been given a head's up prior to our stay.
