Our private Concierge will greet you at the condo and will do a full walk-through and help you get settled in. On property, This includes the restaurants, Copala pools, and spa etc. You will need to set up a folio account or charge your credit card with each purchase. Be sure you give them your first and last name when charging to your folio as there are others with folio accounts tied to our villa #. Let them know you are staying at Copala and your building #, if asked.

We have neighbors, so quiet time after 10:00 PM is mandatory. We do not permit smoking in the villa and do not allow pets.
